Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most products. Our policy balances customer service with fraud protection and business sustainability.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in new condition, unused and undamaged unless marked defective.
• Defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to the customer.

Restocking Fee

• Non-defective returns carry a 15% restocking fee of the product price.
• Defective product returns are not subject to restocking fees.

Return Instructions

1. Open a return request in your account or email returns@bureaubay.com.
2. Download & print the return label (defective returns: label provided for free).
3. Ship the item using the designated carrier.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
