Returns, Exchanges & Refunds at Bureaubay.com
We accept returns and exchanges for all products within 30 days of delivery. Our policies are designed to be transparent and customer-friendly while protecting our business.
Return Conditions:
Products must be in new condition (unused, undamaged).
Defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to the customer.
Restocking Fee:
Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Defective product returns are not charged a restocking fee.
How to Return:
Request a return through your Bureaubay.com account.
Download and print the prepaid return label (for defective items, the label is free).
Ship the item back using the carrier specified.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are processed in the same manner as returns.
Contact customer support to confirm product availability for an exchange.
All return and refund policies are in line with Google Merchant Center requirements and are clearly disclosed for customer transparency.
