Returns, Exchanges & Refunds at Bureaubay.com

We accept returns and exchanges for all products within 30 days of delivery. Our policies are designed to be transparent and customer-friendly while protecting our business.

Return Conditions:

• Products must be in new condition (unused, undamaged).

• Defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to the customer.

Restocking Fee:

• Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Defective product returns are not charged a restocking fee.

How to Return:

1. Request a return through your Bureaubay.com account.

2. Download and print the prepaid return label (for defective items, the label is free).

3. Ship the item back using the carrier specified.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are processed in the same manner as returns.

• Contact customer support to confirm product availability for an exchange.

All return and refund policies are in line with Google Merchant Center requirements and are clearly disclosed for customer transparency.
