I was contacted, unsolicited, by the seller of this item after my review and offered a full refund for this remote. I will say this was a first for me. I am changing my rating to a 3 star for customer service only. My review of this remote stands and I will not recommend it. However, I would buy from this seller again as I believe they stand by their products.
I was so excited to received and start using this remote for phonic lessons with my second grade class. I was forever running up to the front of the class to change slides. When a colleague mentioned a remote option; I was intrigued. I never realized that was a thing.
I was pleased when it arrived and plugged it into my computer. It was quick and easy to set up and it worked like a charm. I could finally teach, engage my students and change the slides from anywhere in my room.
It was a definite whopping 10/10!!!! However, after 6, yes only 6, lesson it died. Every time I plug it in, it gives me an error message that it has malfunctioned and is no longer recognized by the computer. It has passed the return window, so wasted money down the drain. I’m very disappointed!!!! I’m going to buy another remote but it won’t be this one!!!!
I’d give it a giant 0 but that’s not an option. So if you are looking for a remote to use with your slide deck please pass on this one. You’ll regret buying it I’m sure!!!!!

Perfect for presentations and the USB antenna powerful enough that you can be across the room (I tested up to 12 feet)and it will still work. Contrary to other clicker I had in the past.
Must have for any teacher that use a lot of PowerPoints and want to move in front of the class.
