The plugin behind the TV where the cable plugs in is flimsy and the cable will not remain in the socket. I can’t get a good enough connection for the TV to remain on. We have had another Vizio TV for years and like it and that’s the reason I chose a Vizio this time around. However, after this I may be switching brands. This is ridiculous.

The TV is as is. Meaning the description accurately describes the features of the TV. The packaging was nice, while up to the manufacturer. The experience of ordering a TV online was nerve racking. However the shipping provider not only delivered it in the 2 day window Walmart advertised, it showed up in good condition. I recorded the unboxing just to be safe. The TV is what I expected, though Vizio pushes smart features that the average users aren’t interested in. The quality of the TV is overall cheap. The TV itself is super thick. My other TV is from **** and is thinner and has a metal backing. The picture quality is on par with other QLED panels.

I love this TV and think that more people should get it.
The main reason I am only giving this four stars is due to two reasons.
1: Only one 4K 120 hz HDMI input
This seems like a cost causing measure that probably would have not costed much more especially if an HDMI port goes bad for whatever reason.
2: While the TV supports variable refresh rate I cannot set a custom resolution and refresh rate via PC that’s within its capabilities.
Example:
This monitor is capable of displaying 995328000 pixels a second in 4k 120Hz.
It’s also capable of displaying 497664000 pixels a second in 1080p 240Hz.
So why can’t it display 1440p 240Hz since that is only 884736000 pixels per second?

Best gaming TV on the market, same specs on a 27” goes for $600-800 right now, 1080P 240 hz Halo sniping on 50” is cheating. Played on a 27” 240 hz and got around 10-15% lower K/D. Took me a while to figure out it only handles 240 with VRR turned off, otherwise it’s 4K 120hz native. The resolution doesn’t matter so much to me because I play an older game, so this to me is by far the best valued gaming ‘monitor’ money can buy. Great for music games as well, definitely going to buy more for others.

the remote control advertised and pictured in the advertisement for this model is not the remote control received. I chose this model for the remote advertised. I could have gotten a cheaper model TV with the remote control that came with this model.

perfect TV if you’re looking for something that’s not cheap but isn’t overpriced and is perfect for gaming everything advertised about it is correct it does perform at 120 HZ at 4K as well as the other features described. it’s also a good TV just to watch movies or TV shows on you can also sync it to your Amazon Alexa your Google Play or your Apple stuff I don’t know much about Apple I’m Amazon / Google person/android.

Really like the color quality of this TV it has nice contrast and depth of color spectrum. Also the moving frame rates of 120 have been spectacular in 4K. if you want a TV with a little extra but don’t want to pay buckets for it then this would be the TV for you.

This TV if awesome. By far the best image of an Hd tv I have ever gotten (and I have had about 5-7 so far in my life)
The resolution is 4K, 120 HZ when you use the dedicated “HDMI 3” port. I am not sure why, but in the photos for this TV, they actually do NOT show this model as having the dedicated port but they DO show it on the 65 inch version of this same Tv.
Rest assured, this TV has the exact same setup as the 65 inch quantum.
The sound is decent but I bought the 5.1 sound bar with the surround by Vizio as well and they pair up perfectly
(This Tv can NoT mount Vizio sound bars on the bottom, not that I can see)
The one thing I would say, is there is a very slight glare that darkens the screen very very slightly when you look head on at the screen. It is t very noticeable but I tend to notice the small details in everything. Doesn’t ruin the experience whatsoever
So one thing I did notice with my Xbox X is that this TV is able to do everything pertaining to 4K EXCEPT Dolby Vision will only work up to 60 Frames per second. So it will only work at 60Hz(60 frames per second) and not the 120hz(120 frames per second)
So that was a little bit of a let down because I was hoping this tv would support 120hz on Dolby Vision.
The apps are the same as any other smart tv nowadays so nothing much to say there.
The video quality is insane though, it is truly a perfect sized TV for my decent sized place, and its definition and ease of use is top notch.
I do wish one thing though, I wish Vizio used “WebOS” TVs like Lg does. WebOS is much better for when you want to use an androids “smart connect” app and turn your tv into a mobile browser(essentially turns your tv sceeen into a mirror of your phone screen) and I found that Vizio doesn’t really work with that app the way Lg does.
Also, does Vizio make a magic remote yet? That’s another thing Lg has that is amazing, would be nice if Vizio added these mentioned features on next years model.
Specifically the 120hz Dolby vision 😉

absolute garbage. delivered 2 days later than expected. showed up on the 10th, i took it out of the box and checked operation since fedex doesnt give a dang about your stuff. it worked. looked great. installed the tv mount on the wall and put the tv on it. watched tv for about an hour on it. 4 days later, i turn on the tv… white light on power lense flashes and no screen comes on. tried about 9 times before googling it. no help there. used vizio chat support. she claimed she sent a hard rest over the air – but she lied because my tv wasnt connected to my wifi at the time according to my vizio app. a 5 day old tv doesnt work, and guess what? they dont have any in stock for warranty use. can issue me a refund in 11-20 days. never buying another vizio anything. ill find out who the parent company is and stop buying that too. dont waste your money on this pile.
