We needed those carriers asap since we got surgery appointment for our 4 month old kittens and carriers like this are required. We will need them only one time so we tried to go as cheap as possible. Our Walmart was out of stock and I found them online. Ordered Thursday and got it delivered Saturday. Very satisfied with that. We are all set for our appointment.

This wasn’t what I ordered and was twice as small as the one I needed. Shopper didn’t even message me to ask if it was ok and didn’t even try to ask if a bigger one for a larger dog would be ok. Obviously if I’m ordering for a 30-50lb size dog I don’t want a cage for a dog NO BIGGER than 15lbs. It’s tiny.

I like this pet kennel, it’s sturdy and easy to clean. I ordered the MEDIUM size (28” Length x 20.5” Wide x 21.5” High). This is the advertised “exterior” measurements. NOTE: Actual interior measurements are 23” L x 17” W x 20 H). If I had to do over, I would’ve purchased one size larger.
It comes unassembled, and unboxed. Assembly is simple. The top and bottom halves are stacked and zip-tied together, which fit in the trunk of our car easily. The metal front swing door and hardware are placed between the stacked top and bottom sections. I can see how the hardware could get separated and fall out during transit/delivery if not taped down well. Not an issue for us as we purchased and picked up at our local store in person.
I give this product a 5 rating, but give the description a 4 rating for not providing interior measurements.

Came with no door 🙁 needed it that night so I did same day delivery and ended up having to go back to the store where it was then cheaper but a lot were cracked on the shelves. Still bought it since we needed it that day… we will see
Hopefully someone can use the door-less one for a goat home or something

Nice crate for transporting a small dog or a cat. We used this to transport our cat and she did well in it. It is extra small. Our cat only weighs about 3 pounds and I wouldn’t put anything larger in the crate. It was useful for the trip to and from the vet. I would recommend this product.

I wanted to purchase a kennel and found the one I liked but it was missing the hardware and the door. After calling for an associate, they first responded with “it doesn’t come with a door”. Showing them the picture and arguing I simply left without a kennel. I went home and ordered one online and was picking it up the following day.
The following day, I arrived and they brought me out the same faulty kennel and refused to take it back. (Why are they selling broken items instead of pulling it off the shelf?) I was told I had to except it and return it online. I sit with an unusable kennel and am flying out with my dog in 9 days. What could have been an fun experience has now turned into a nightmare. Very disappointing and losing my faith in people.

I want to thank you so much for this dog crate. It is the exact same size/ design/ quality of the other one I have, but cost me more than 1/2 LESS! And I purchased the 1st one over a year ago for my German Shepherd from another supplier. It is exactly what I needed!

I spent a couple weeks looking at differ cat carriers — they don’t make them like they used to. The one I owned for 20 years broke, and now everything is either too small or too large. This carrier was just the right size for my 9lb cat, and it was very easy to assemble. I wish it had a pocked somewhere for treats and vet papers, but other than that, I’m extremely satisfied

Very well made carrier for the price. Momma cat had kittens and I bought this to rehome an eight week old kitten. It is not big enough for a 10 pound animal , but really nice, safe, and sturdy! Kitten rode 4 hours in it very comfortably with small towel at bottom and stuffed animals:)
