I have had several of the TCL brand and have had success with them. I must say though that The length of time has been greatly deminished for the life of the tv. They just dont make them last very long anymore. This is not a Walmart problem. It is with just about everything these days. I will continue to buy from Walmart because of quality, price and very good service.

I love my new TLC TV. It was easy for me to get it connected, and that’s saying something for an 80 year old non-tech oriented grandma. The picture and sound are excellent and the remote works seamlessly and is simple to use. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

I don’t have the item yet to review. Same day delivery is now on the third day. No delivery. I don’t care if the store waits for multiple orders to locally deliver for efficiency purposes. Not my problem of no one near me placed a store delivery order. Now I know why.

I replaced a fire tv I bought last year. I hated that thing . I love Love, Love! my roku tvs. They are so easy to set up the way you want either your favorite apps up top. Finds antenna and streaming channels, and my fandango account lets me buy movies directly. In my fire tv I have to go to my phone app amd buy a movie then go to my tv, refresh the app and then it shows up. It is awful loading apps too. This roku TVs the apps load instantly. If you want a happy tv experience and no frustration this is the tv to buy. Not to mention the great holiday themes and screensavers and ability to plug in a flash drive to pause live tv!

Overall satisfied with the TV, good sound quality and loudness. However, the picture resolution is not as good as some higher end TV’s, but for the price of $225.00 it meets my needs. Delivery was direct from the local store so didn’t have to be concerned about shipping damages. Would buy again.

My TCL 75R615 suffered a backlight issue after 3 years so I wanted to replace it with a TCL as they’ve been a good budget TV for my girlfriend and me. I read that TCL was now using Google as its platform for apps so I purchased the TCL 75Q651G. Given that I needed to use my Google account to do anything, the lag, the dropped connections, the inconsistent playbacks, and various other issues, I returned the TV and looked to see if they still offered Roku TCL TVs as they have been great for me. The 75S451 was cheaper than the Google TV and since setting it up, no issues. I use Netflix, Plex, Disney , and Discovery with no issues. It’s hooked up to an audio/video receiver and no issues there. Great TV if you have similar interests and like to save some money.

I had the most horrible experience ever Walmart sold me a tv that was destroyed and they had it in the wrong box which the sku number and the box didn’t match , no remote or cord. I will never buy another thing from Walmart, They wouldn’t take it back , instead they laughed about it and now I’m out of $358 . Yall employees are stealing y’all better be aware. Walmart count yall days

I really, really don’t like this TV but it’s too much trouble to box it up and return it. The color is just off, no matter what you do or what settings you adjust, it looks muddy, faded, washed out and pale. Colors like orange show up as pink. Yellows look greenish. It’s just odd. If you aren’t looking at this TV directly head on, it’s unwatchable. I don’t know if I got a bad one and there’s something wrong with the display or if this is just what I get for buying a cheaper TV but it annoys me so much that I don’t even want to watch it. I wish I hadn’t bought this and I’m stuck with it unfortunately.

The product description says this is new. It looks new. However, it arrived with a packing slip stating “Data Sanitization Completed”. I contacted the seller and asked if that meant it is refurbished. They replied “On these listings, they are all refurbished. They go through certified check before being put to sale. Once received, you can choose to return if you wish.” I contacted Walmart to dispute and 12 days later am still seeking resolution.

Piece of trash. 34 days after purchase it popped and stopped working. I had to call customer support which was on the other side of the planet and after wasting time I was told a repairman will come out to fix it. Ten days is how long it will take. It is garbage. Spend a little more and buy from a better company.
