This the SECOND one I’ve brought that just STOPPED working!! I am extremely disappointed as I loved it initially. The 1st one lasted about a year, this second one about 3 months. I went away on vacation came back hadn’t used it for another 2 months. Went to use it and NOTHING! I’d like a refund or replacement asap!

I purchased this power mop, to replace my old power mop. The spray function stopped working, replacing the batteries didn’t help, but I had had the mop for 5 years at that point so I just got a new one (January 2nd 2025) Well, today is March 4th, can you guess what happened to that power mop today? If you guessed that I can’t mop my floor, you’d be correct.

these products are Swift and effective and take a lot of time off of my cleaning days. I have noticed that I am buying the Swiffer Wet Jets about once a year. I don’t know what’s changed but they’re being made shodley now. my first one lasted Me 3 years. so.. cost more and lasts less.

This device stinks! After about a half an hour of carefully following assembly directions, I gave up in frustration!
I was unable to get the mop handle in correct position nor was I able to insert the bottle of the cleaning liquid. And I could not get the battery box to open to see if the batteries had already been inserted. They were not in the box.
This mop is not user friendly at all.
I have asked a family member to try to assemble it, but at this point I have not been able to use it. In short I HATE THIS PRODUCT and would only recommend it to a sworn enemy!

Love the Swiffer Wet Jet Mop. Leaves our floors clean and the house smells great. Especially came in handy when my mother’s house was under water due to a flood in South Texas. Couldn’t have cleaned up the mess the flood left without our Swiffer Mop.

This is been the most discouraging service I have ever had many times I am ordering delivery and it never gets delivered! I received a text from an unknown caller to tonight and wrote he was on his way with my food. He had to stop and get gas and then a 45 minutes later I get a note saying it’s not gonna be delivered. I can come pick it up at 9 o’clock tonight. I will be calling corporate tomorrow after trying to call several times waiting to talk to a supervisor, this is horrible!

I am in love with this mop. I live in an old house (almost 100 years old) and one of the back rooms has just been pretty much used for storage for a number of years. Even though I mop the hardwood floors, they still seem to stay dingy. I originally purchase this mop to use in the bathroom as heavier traditional mops have become a bit difficult for me to use. However, I used this mop on the floor of the back room when we decided to move a lot of things out of the room. I was amazed just how much dirt was removed on the first use. I know I will have to use it a few more times for the floors to get to where I want them to be but I am truly impressed and I love the clean smell left behind. My only complaint is that I had a bit of a hard time keeping the pad on. I wish there was a better way to secure it.

This is my 3rd purchase of one of these in 3yrs. And it’s the 2nd purchase in just 2 months! So i’m not impressed with durability and quality. This last time I ordered it, I decided to add the warranty to it, because I don’t trust how long this one will last without issues.
