The hardest part about this mattress was opening the box that the mattress came in. It was glued so good I had to keep prying it open. I actually leave the box on top of the bedframe and rolled it out of the box onto the bedframe. As the mattress is very heavy, but I did it all by myself. Once you start cutting the plastic, the mattress does start to form.
The pictures you say we’re literally 10 minutes after opening it. I slept on it that night. Probably about 10 hours later it’s been super comfortable. I like a firm mattress and it’s just perfect.

I have to admit, I was skeptical about the “mattress in a box” concept, but this Serta cooling foam mattress exceeded my expectations. I normally prefer a firm mattress, but this medium firm mattress feels fine. Now we just need to see how durable it is. But a good value nonetheless.

After several nights sleeping on an air mattress with a slow leak in it, my husband and I took the jump and bought this mattress yesterday. My husband said it was heavy, but he was able to carry it up 3 flights of stairs by himself. Instructions say to allow for up to 72 hours for full expansion, but you can sleep on it before then. I was so pleasantly surprised to find that just after a couple hours, it was expanded enough to sleep on and even more surprised when I woke up this morning having had one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in ages! I have lower lumbar issues and i woke up without a screaming low back. im so happy with this purchase and I definitely recommend it!!!

packaging was great, very easy to assemble. just open box unroll mattress and within seconds the mattress was prefectly intake. i had no way to get a mattress/ bed home and with walmart free delivery right to my door. such a true blessing. no hassel. i high recommend this mattress for those that suffer with degretive disc disease, RA and other physical body aches.

This bed is terrible. It is no where near 10” in most places, but there are a few spots that might be close. It is wavy across and varying in thickness throughout. After more than a week it is not fully fluffed out so I am fairly confident this is the best it’s going to get. It is very heavy so I have no idea how to get it back to the store for return. I see the good reviews and the cost and thought it would be a decent mattress. I was wrong.

The products edged and corners are too rounded and does not look like the picture, also, the main reason I bought this one because it was suppose to be gel cool. It is hotter than the one I already have. I want the product taken back and my money returned

it was a wonderful change from our 10yr old mattress. we actually needed to purchase a nice fat pillow top bc this mattress is a tight top. so set aside $60 additional for the Allswell pillow top. it made a world of difference. together, it was the best sleep we had.

We gave the mattress a lower rating because we feel the size on the website was misrepresented. We needed one for an RV, and the dimensions were stated as 72” x 80” x 8” We had to return one because of the questionable size. We called Serta Customer Support, and were told they do not make mattresses in non-standard RV sizes, so the website in fact had incorrect information. Now returning the second mattress!
Very disappointed!! Would have been a great choice for our needs at a great price.

For some reason it only measured 8 inch instead of 10. And it wasn’t comfortable even after I let it sit for the 72 hours, it was very stiff and I ended up purchasing a separate memory foam for it. This was a pricier box mattress so I had higher expectations for it.

The mattress arrived on time, box undamaged.
Mattress was easy to remove from vacuum sealed bag and expanded to full size right away (received in afternoon) was able to sleep on it that night. This mattress has a little give but not soft. Firm but comfortable and it really is a cooling mattress. no uncomfortable warm spots, no sagging. I love the square corners and straight edges, makes the bed look so neat and crisp,
Would recommend this mattress to all.
