I’ve laminated 100 sheets with 5 mil so far. It does a great job – good adhesion without heat wrinkles. So far two misfeeds, but easily handled with the release switch. Because the gap is only a little wider than the laminate, you have to be careful feeding in the sheets, otherwise the edges will get mangled.
