also, keep in mind that support ends for this watch September 2025
the rose gold is unique to both watch 4 models. Sadly, none of the newer ones have it currently

i love this watch. it works great, tracks my steps, my heart rate, blood pressure, call and text from the watch, and best of all, does not require service to use it like if i would have bought it from att like i started to. i would highly recommend this watch even though its my very first smart watch!!!

As with all technology the item has a HUGE learning curve! My husband contacted Samsung but the gentleman couldn’t help! There is a preset code to do somethings, but he couldn’t help with that! We did NOT set code! Somethings on the watch can not be used.

Took over an hour to set up because the watch wouldn’t connect, the speaker could be better on the watch. The battery drains quickly unless you change the power/battery settings. I’ve had this watch for about a week and its not bad. I do like how comfortable the watch feels when wearing and the features are cool, better than my last watch. So far, I like it and received compliments about the look of thr watch.

It tooks good, It feels a little big for a small/medium wrist. Battery life is approximately 8 hours which sucks in a watch like this, and this is in battery saver mode and using minimum features, it is terrible. It also uses up your phone battery because it is connected to blutooth contantly in your phone internet, I guess, not an expert but I have had other smart watches that have a battery life of up to a week, my last one could last at least 24 hours but this is the worst battery life I have seen so far. Something to considered is that some features are no compatible with non samsung phones or in the USA, after talking to customer service that’s still not clear to me, especially the ones I was looking to get by buying it like heart rate and blood preasure. The screen can get scratched easily so get a protector. You can download a ton of apps but what’s the use if you don’t have battery to use them. Do not buy it if you need a reliable watch and cant charge every 8 hours.

I recently bought this galaxy watch after buying the same one in rose gold for my mom for mothers day. We both love them!
Easy to install, alot of solid features. Really the only thing that could be better is the battery life but its not the end of the world for me.
Used to have a few fitbits, so this is a complete upgrade for me. Highly reccomend and the price was right!

I bought for my retired mother for mothers day I was a bit worried if shed use it. Long story short i always see it on her. I bought one too and love it for many reasons but she uses her mostly for health and sleep. Very cool smart watch, works great. Only gripe from us is battery life but it charges very fast (especially off)

I was so excited to get this. My Fitbit was not staying charged as long as it used to. I would have to charge it every other day. The Samsung watch I bought to replace it will not stay charged for a full workday; it does not hold a charge for an entire eight hours. I wasted one hundred dollars. I would return it, but I lost the box. Sad and disappointing. I am back to wearing my Fitbit and am now appreciative of the 48-hour window of time. I will probably buy another Fitbit.
