It came with bloatware and was slow, making me consider returning it. I decided to remove Samsung junk to see if performance improved, and it became 50% faster. Here’s what I did:
1. Removed bloatware – Search “How to remove Samsung Bloatware”
2. Installed Volume booster from the Play Store
3. Installed Adaway to block ad pop-ups (recommend rooting before installation) 4. Installed only the necessary apps from the Play Store.

We paid money for this phone when we could have gotten something better, it rarely worked for my daughter, she had times where she would restart this Device about 4 times in a day, she couldn’t receive calls or make outbound, and it took forever to connect. I know it was the phone cause since we got her a new one, even with the SIM being transferred over, it works just fine now. Please don’t waste your Money, get a phone from a reliable source.
