Bought this just before Xmas and the picture quality is excellent my only complaint and I’m not sure it is down to Samsung or not is the volume of sound difference one different channels, HD are so low I have to raise it above 60/70, it’s so frustrating changing volume numbers on all channels as not one is the same as any other.

Superb detail and clarity whatever we watched
Seriously smooth on motion and action shots
The Colours are crisp and vibrant, the blacks are deep and defined and even the audio was a surprise out of the box…. Forget about the expensive sound bar
Lots of features and functions….. possibly too many at times to get your head around at first
The only negative for me is the standard (full button) remote that is smaller than my old one and sits too low now in the hand for you to easily access the navigation buttons with your thumb that used to be higher up on and easily accessible on the older remotes

This is a replacement tv which I thought would be superior to the previous Samsung tv I had, but what an absolute disappointment. The picture quality is patchy and less sharp, no matter what setting it chosen. Even the sound quality is deteriorated. The volume on this tv needs to be set louder on some channels.. Gutted I purchased this tv. If I could send it back I would.

Walmart needs to get a better handle on their 3rd party sellers. I ordered this TV on July 22nd and it STILL has not made it to my house. Walt’s TV is extremely poor on communication as I am still waiting to hear anything on the FIRST inquiry that I made on July 28th. If it wasn’t for other reviews stating that the customer needed to call the shipping company and arrange a delivery date I would have never done it, which having to do that is ridiculous, in and of itself. Not that it did any good, because even after all of this and thinking I had a delivery appointment set, the shipping company had to get a 3rd party to deliver and, evidently, couldn’t find one. So, now, it’s back to waiting. BUYER BEWARE – WALT’s TV

Possibly the worst retail transaction I have ever had the displeasure of taking part in. The tv was delivered to the wrong address, just dropped off at a random house, and when I sent 5 hours tracking it down and getting it back to my place the screen was completely shattered. Horrible service. But I did order another tv and it came on the wrong day and guess what it was broke too. I’ve spent over $3000 on tvs from Walmart and 2 weeks later and a couple of days off of work to receive said tvs here I sit with no tv and a whole lot of frustration and anger. I would advise against buying from Walmart.

Purchased the TV online and then noticed Samsung was selling the same TV for a lower price. I communicated via email with the company who responded promptly. They requested basic verification information about the reduced price and once I provided it they credited my account the difference. It was a hassle free experience with excellent customer service. Really shows the quality of people working behind the scenes! Thank you!

This review is about the shipping and delivery process. A $1300 TV was delivered four days after the date indicated when purchased. Ordinarily this would not be a problem but because I was out of town the day it was delivered, I had to contact someone to drag a 105 pound box into our house so it wouldn’t be stolen. My criticism is for the tracking app for delivery. There was little updated shipping information, confusion as to where the package was at any time and no notification the day before or the day of. Worse, I couldn’t find any way to contact the shipper or tracking company and tried to do this through Walmart and their site was very generic directing buyers to UPS, FEDEX and USPS tracking. Overall, I would give a 1 out of 5 for this experience. Haven’t used the TV yet, so no review on that.

The picture and sound are fantastic . I ordered it just as the tariffs hit the market so I was a little skeptical about getting it as promised but there was no issues on the sellers part and was delivered within 10 days. 5 stars

Don’t know if the tv is good in never received they sent me the wrong tv so this the second time Walmart had sent me the wrong tv
