I’ve been wanting this tv for about 3-4 years now and I stayed loyal to purchasing from Walmart, because of the service, employees, walmart.com, and the location of my local Walmart, makes me shop there and I wish I could shop there every day because I would come home with something every time.

A was a bit skeptical in replacing my QLED tv with this model but I quickly got over the concern. Great picture, vivid natural colors, none of the overly blue, or green tints others voiced. Only BIG concern is the fact that Samsung has built a YouTube TV blocker into the system, maybe even other TV steamers. I am sure it is to force you to stream the Samsung network. Fortunately I had a Roku box and am able to watch YouTube thru it. A few more steps to watch tv networks but at least it works. Had I know about this block, I probably would have gone with LG.

I’m really hoping this was just bad luck. But we were super excited to get this tv. Splurged on ourselves for once. Overall we had no issues at first. Deliver went fine, got the tv set up and we loved it. After two days I came home from work and tried to turn it on but was met with a black screen. It’s getting power because the red power light blinks but the screen does not light up. Tried to troubleshoot with recommendations from Samsung website, but nothing worked. Very disappointed

I have to say, I am very happy with this TV. I have my Samsung phone connected to the TV, and it works great. You can use the remote on your phone and search for items a lot easier than using the remote. The picture and sound are really good. Remote is pretty plain, which is a slight disappointment but very easy to use. One thing that also makes it great is that you can also play games on this TV, no console needed! So far, I am a happy camper.

So I ordered a tv that came completely smashed , okay . I called them and they scheduled for pick up 3 days later , and told me that they will send an other one in 2 weeks . They came and picked it up 3 days after and I have the receipt. But the other tv never came after 4 weeks now . And I call again Walmart support and a lady called Angel with an indian accent was trying to help me but had absolutely no idea what she was doing and couldn’t help me figure out what’s going on with the Tv that was supposed to come to my house . So I had no more option just to tell lady to cancel the order and give me the refund so I can come and pick it up in Jersey from nyc , but I told her please send me an email off proof for the refund but she didn’t know how to do that either so what she did was open a new order number that was never paid or had anything to do with this story just so she could finish the call and told me that I will get a refund but I never got an comfirmation email or anything so can somebody deal with this !!!! Terrible experience…

Please ensure to open the box and verify if you have the right TV in front of Walmart staff. I was scammed when I ordered a brand new Samsung 75” TV 2 weeks ago. Received it in packing and had no idea if what’s inside it. Next day I opened and installed the TV at home. After turning on I realized that the screen is broken from top right corner. I rushed to Walmart and asked them to refund. They refused to do so saying that the serial number of the box doesn’t match the serial number of TV. I wasted almost 2 hours and tried to convince the staff but they didn’t listen. I even tried to call Samsung and their response was that this serial number is not in warranty so they can’t offer me any repair. That was the last thing I wanted to hear so I left the TV at walmart store and came back home. Please ensure you don’t get scammed like me. Once again, make sure to verify the details in front of their staff so they can’t change their words later like they did with me.

Very happy with Samsung TV products. Bought this one to replace a Samsung smart TV that went out. It was over 10 years old. Has good sound quality for TV speakers, plus comes with Samsung TV free channels. We are rural with high speed internet, so this replaces satellite for us.

Months. Samsung follow service was terrible and left me with the impression they would send someone to look at in a couple of weeks then likely declare it unrepairable
My own tv installer/repairman told me it is unlikely able to repair
It was also delivered in a personal car by someone who could not handle it alone and needed my help to lift it out of his car and bring it inside
I ordered a replacement from walmart yesterday to pickup same day. After a couple of hours i was told it was not available any longer and could be shipped
I cancelled the order and ordered a different brand, same size and price. I was again told after an hour more it was too no longer available. I asked for it to be shipped
Its now about 18 hours later and i have no information on the status of the order

75″ TV was delivered by a 1 person in a pickup truck – and once we unpacked it – it was totally damaged! Walmart came and picked it up 4 days later but would NOT replace it! 21 days later still waiting for the refund …. have tracking to show that they have received returned item. Customer service no help. Getting the run around for refund. will not purchase again

It’s not the product, but more so the store I had to pick it up from. I missed the delivery the first time which was on Friday and I had issues when it came to having it re delivered again. I contacted Walmart customer service multiple times and was told it would be delivered today (saturday) around 8pm 10pm never arrived I called that same saturday night to find out the delivery driver had an emergency and no other driver was selected for it to be delivered. I called Sunday morning walmarts customer service and was told it was in the process of being delivered sunday I asked if that can be confirmed because I’ve been getting told the same information all saturday and nothing. The customer service rep was kind enough to give me the store number to find out if it was getting delivered that sunday and waited kindly on the line while I called the store. This is where I dont understand why walmart even have vans for delivery. The store stated its delivered through a third party not walmart I asked if it will get delivered today as I’ve been waiting for this to be delivered all the So called store manager said was and I quote “ we can only assign the driver for delivery nothing else” and hung up the phone I tried to call again and kept getting some to answer the call and than hang up the phone multiple times. By the end of the night sunday I was already frustrated, annoyed and beyond angry. I re call the store again to find out the status of my delivery and the sales rep on the phone switches it to pick up and states it was the systems fault. Now this aint my first time purchasing from walmart I never heard the system automatically switches from delivery to pick up thats not true and when I went to ask for a manager nobody was around to help I see why walmart stores are closing down its not just about sales its the people you guys hire to run these stores that are the problem especially at 10050 Glenwood Ave Raleigh, NC 27617. I’ve gone ahead and sent an email to corp about this situation because customers shouldn’t be treated like dirt by employees who dont know how to even mange anything.
