It arrived damaged. Attempting to return it to the third party merchant who sold it on Walmart.com and get a refund has been difficult and frustrating.

Do NOT buy this television. It is a pain in the A%%. Comes with voice guidance ON that regardless of how my attempts, you can NOT SHUT OFF!!!
Return policy is a 20% restocking fee.
My mistake trying not to spend all my $$$ at Amazon. At least their better to deal with.
Won’t make that mistake again.

The TV does not work properly and Walmart doesn’t accept returns for more than 15 days. We were just over that and they were of no help. Do not get this TV – also, the pictures feature seem to be on a subscription base…

I am just now making my last payment on this TV and the picture has suddenly gone dark. Tried everything from removing energy saving mode and brightening picture. Nothing is working. This is horrible.

The frame TV looks great in my living room area, and when not watching tv, it turns into picture on the wall. Love it!

We love this Samsung Frame tv. I purchased the champagne gold frame and that really made it look beautiful. When we aren’t watching tv, we keep it in the art mode and we get so many compliments.
I love how it mounts flat to the wall. It was easy to mount following the instructions. I highly recommend this tv.
