    When I received the product a day a a ago it looked like some tried to play some batting practice on it. Unfortunately it has taken most of morning explaining and how and why this product was sent like this even though it was delivered by Fed Ex, the first time I contacted Walmart staff employee I could never get a “Right” answer. I wished this day and age that employees took it upon their self to learn their Employee Handbook.

    not what I expected at all, I have no wifi, no cable, can’t even watch DVDS because my player is not HDMI compatible, this was delivered because I’m homebound, no way to return, I’m stuck with a tv that looks good but not functional for me, money lost.

    great quality BUT i cannot watch my Directv on it! And we pay a fortune for that. Am trying to reprogram my remote as we speak…… The TV is worth the reasonable price – would recommend, but I wanted another Sony. Sony just hooks up and youre done. this Samsung syncs with my phone.

    minimal instructions and very difficult to attempt to set up. Must have a samsung account. We are very tech savvy and after 30 to 45 mins of struggling with set up, we gave up. packed it up and returned. also remote is small. ok maybe for a female, but my boyfriend had difficulty with the remote; said it felt like he was holding a chopstick in his hand.

    This TV has a beautiful picture and good sound. Now I have to get to the real deal. I am sending this TV back for a refund because it is great I guess for younger more tech. people but I have not been able to figure how to work with all of the stations, networks, and the other 10,000 settings that it has. I spend more time flipping channels than I do watching the TV. It is no good to me because I am not as smart as it is. Give me a good ole TV that has a on and off button and a program guide.

    I had this television delivered from my local Walmart. It arrived in a box that had obviously been opened and (re) taped closed. Unboxed it, got it connected and no picture and the only sound it made was a faint sound that a television makes when it first comes on. Disconnected, boxed it back up and heading to Walmart in the morning. I’m so annoyed by the fact that this tv had been returned probably for the same reason, and instead of sending it to be refurbished, they box it back up and send it out the door for another unsuspecting buyer to purchase. At least if they market as refurbished, the buyer can make an informed decision to buy or not. BTW, this was not marketed as refurbished. It was new. Loved the look, hated that it didn’t work. Do better Walmart.

    All tv npw days are 4k, since the highest def is 8k now. Well, this one is supposed to be a 4k. When you are setting up the tv, it asks you, If you want the tv to be 4k, they charge you a membership fee of $19 a month, or you decline and keep it as hd only 😡

    It was a little difficult to set up with no Wi-Fi in the room.
    The aspect makes the picture
    Look short and fat you need to change the aspect, but there’s only one other automatic choice and I had to do with with a manual set up, somewhat complicated to do.
    The remote is kind of junkie. It’s a good thing. I have a cable box hooked up to it. It has a good remote?!

    You delivered it to the wrong address. Told me that I would get a refund and then after speaking to 3 different people I was sent a n email that I was not getting a refund. This is bad business, and it’s not the first time . I don’t know how you get away with this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This was a poor purchase. The color is poor, the remote is cheap- the volume button worked 1 day and I don’t even want to try to go through Allstate warranty because they don’t respond to claims you file. I ordered a universal Samsung remote hoping I can at least turn down the volume.
