I bought the 32 inch Frame TV. I wanted to mount it to a full motion wall mount, but after buying this TV I discovered it is impossible. The way the Frame TV is set up, you can’t use standard TV mounts. The spots to attach the TV to a mount are 23 inches apart, which does not work with any standard mount. The only mount that works with the Frame TV is the one that comes with the TV, but is flush to the wall. This is insane and Samsung needs to either make a full motion mount that works with the 32 inch TV or make it VESA.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I quite like my tv! It runs well and has good picture quality, my only issue is it has trouble connecting to wireless internet and I had to purchase an Ethernet cable to use it.

The movement sensor doesn’t work. 32″ comes with a horribly creased 2m proprietary cable, not the 5m cable the larger screens come with. And I say specifically proprietary because it’s NOT COMPATIBLE with the cables the larger screens use. Does not come with hardware for mounting in drywall, even though 95% of US homes are drywall. Convoluted Samsung software is a nightmare, can’t do simple casting. Art behind a paywall and no easy way to put your own photos. But its the only screen that fits where I need…

Remote is very non responsive most of the time. Lots of time spent shutting the tv down to restart or just waiting for the remote to work

I love that it’s so easy to install and it comes with everything I need to get started. All of the features are top tier! The only down side is the I didn’t realize that I could get the frame in a color other than black.

Do not believe promotion reviews wit these people that made a deal for making sales on a bunch bull, this tv is a waste of time and effort. The frame what a laugh, how do you go about hiding the grey cord and the black power box ? bottom you can! Unless you make a hole in the wall behind the tv and hole to drop both cord to hide them. Did you ever see a picture with power cords? not me anyway

It was the first time I had used one of the little white controllers and it still doesn’t make sense, but somebody had figured it out for me. Par.
