I’m reaching out regarding the camera I recently purchased from your store. Once I got home, I installed it following all the instructions provided in your manual. I carefully followed each step as recommended.
Unfortunately, the monitor is unable to detect or read the camera as it’s supposed to via Bluetooth. No signal comes through, no matter how many times I try to sync it. The only time it works is when the system is plugged directly into the front cabin of the vehicle. In that setup, the monitor successfully picks up the camera, but as soon as it’s unplugged or I try to use it wirelessly, it stops working completely.
I was expecting a fully functional Bluetooth setup, as advertised. For now, that’s clearly not the case.
Please get back to me promptly with a solution or a replacement, depending on what applies.

I’m very pleased with this unit. The camera mounted on my camper just like the instructions said they would, and the screen automatically connected with it. The picture was bright and clear and there was no static or interference. My camper is only 17′ long, so bigger campers might need the optional remote antenna. Pleasantly, the instructions were clear and concise and all required parts were supplied. I contacted Customer Service about accessories and received a quick and helpful reply. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

With only a small struggle to wire in the camera, this is a great system. The monitor is easy to use and intuitive, and I love that it can use up to four cameras — we’re going to use one behind the RV facing backwards to monitor traffic, and the other up front facing forwards to keep an eye on the hitch.

The camera and monitor were packaged securely. Included is a wide range of cables and fixings to cope with most configurations.
The quality of the items is impressive. The screen resolution is HD and very clear. The camera feed is up to the demands of the screen.
The fitting instructions are clear. The monitor and camera can be tested using the power plug with a splitter cable, which is a nice touch. The adjustments to the camera and monitor are comprehensive, easy to understand and to work through.
The camera can act as a dash cam and record to an SD card, not supplied, located in the monitor. You have to format the card in the monitor before use. However it is a little unclear when this has been completed as there is no dialogue telling you.
I fitted the camera under the rear valance of my 8 mt caravan, routing a separately purchased power cable to the leisure battery at the front of the caravan. Due to the size of the monitor, and the dash configuration of my car, a large SUV, I put the monitor on the passenger side using the windscreen mount. Careful siting is needed to ensure that the monitor obscures the windscreen to a minimum. The windscreen mount is a bit fiddly but holds the monitor solidly, with plenty of adjustment possible.
I had a query about a free gift mentioned in the instruction manual. My query was responded to very quickly as were subsequent emails. I got the impression that, if there were questions about the system, the company would be equally responsive.
On the first journey out using the system, I towed for over 4 hours over motorways and A & B roads. The screen clarity was excellent with the signal strength high and rock solid.
All in all I have no hesitation in recommending this system.

This works well with no connectivity issues. Not 5 stars because I find the unit too heavy to hold via suction cup and I refuse to use a permanent stick-on solution. There needs to be a better temporary solution – preferably one that attaches to the rear view mirror (which I rigged with a protective cloth and rubber tension straps). Another issue is the SD card recording. Since the unit takes a standard SD card, you require an adapter to use a micro SD. I had an old 32Gb micro SD that worked and recorded fine but when I used a 64Gb, it didn’t work. This unit is supposed to handle up to 128Gb, but I could only get a 32Gb to work. Next, the screws provided to attached the plate to the Furrion mount are not perfect. They are not an exact match to the existing smaller screws that hold the plastic cover plate on the mount. Those screws are not long enough to hold the camera plate, and the provided screws are too long and the threads per inch is slightly different. I made it work but had to settle for 3 out of 4 screws. The test cable provided was defective. I almost returned the whole unit but decided to try a different way of testing the monitor and camera. The lighter socket (12V) connection is old and most new cars are lucky to have even one lighter adapter. I had to rig a female receiver to a 15A accessory circuit so I could use this – the power supply should be updated to use USB-A or USB-C. I get the feeling that this unit is old which may explain the good price.

Excellent – nice size of display, which was easy to mount, but I do have an F-150. The camera mounts well on the rear bumper of my fifth wheel and works well for backing up. Note that if your trailer does not have backup lights, you will need to add a remote switch to supply power to the camera, unless you want to leave it on all the time – you can turn the display off, off course. A remote switch is cheap – I paid less than $15 including the remote control.

I spent the extra got this unit and wow what a difference, the build quality was great, heavy duty and had no problem with the 32 ft length of my bus

The camera has an excellent video quality and feed, it’s easy to set up and the hardware needed to install on the furrion mount that was pre-install on my rv is included. The price for this system is very reasonable given the quality, you not going to get any better even if you spend money on a more expensive system. Over the years I have made a lot of orders on Amazon, and at times I had to deal with the seller with good and bad service. When I do a review I always give a honest opinion, Never have I dealt with a company with a customer service as excellent Yakry, I had a minor issue with the monitor they replied to my e-mail and told me how to fix the issue within 24 hours, had I known the service was this good and the system came with a 3 year warranty I would not have purchased the extended warranty from Asurion that was a waste of money. If you are in the market for a rear view camera I highly recommend this system.
