Easy to set up! Instructions are clear and the tutorials are helpful as well. I am most impressed with the customer service. I had some follow up questions regarding some formatting issues and display setting issues. Rochelle responded in less than 24 hours and in some cases within a few minutes. One of the best customer service experienced ! The product, even though I’ve had it for less than a week seems very solid and reliable. Picture quality is great and the app seems to be working just fine. I would recommend this product anyone looking to purchase a dash cam for front and rear options.

Son was in a traffic accident a week ago and seems like we see at least one a day around here. Due to this we decided to purchase cams for all of our vehicles. I Googled and found these cameras on all the Top 5 lists. So I decided to place the order and give them a chance. I don’t have much experience with them but fortunately the nephew has a well-known brand name one that I can compare it to.
The main thing I wanted to see in my comparisons was video quality. So I installed the cam and went for a ride. The first time was at night. From what I could tell its pretty close to one another. I couldn’t compare apples to apples due to different weather conditions but was happy with the comparison.
Next was the daytime comparison. I took several video clips from each and streamed to my TV. They both had a clean, crisp video. There is glare in the video but to be expected and was comparable to the more expensive unit. I will definitely be buying the lens filter for it.
I wasn’t there when my nephew’s camera was installed but my brother-in-law said it was a bit challenging to get it up and running. I had zero issues with installing the unit and getting it fully operational. I think it took 5 minutes or less. I was a bit confused because when connected to camera’s wifi you can’t use your phone. I decided to read the manual and realized the phone doesnt have to be connected for it to record. You do wifi so you can tweak the camera or download videos/photos from camera. You can also adjust settings on the unit itself.
In conclusion, I saved around $100 withthis unit and I feel the quality is just as good but ease of use is better. I also forgot to mention I have rear camera with this one where the other did not. I didn’t include this in the review due not having installed it yet. I highly recommend this unit.

The first point of contact is the packaging. It would leave Steve Jobs in awe. Every little detail had been thought of. It communicated to me that this is going to be a great product if the company paid attention to that level of detail. And lo and behold, it is a great product. Simple to get up and running, the instructions are 1st grade (like everything else in the box) and I watched the video on installation. I installed in my F150 no issues. Both front and rear cams work as advertised. Easy peasy to watch on your phone. It’s so good I’m considering getting the hardware kit for when it’s parked. The only wrinkle was ‘user error’. The confirmation email went into my spam folder. I both texted and emailed the company, not knowing this, and received near simultaneous very professional and friendly replies! I found the confirmation email right where they said it’d be and the app took off.
Other companies should study this one on how to make the buying/user experience simple. This is my first dash cam, so very positive experience.

Works great. Very easy install as well, can be done by one person. My only complaint would be the amount of clip tabs it comes with (5) it’s not a large amount and when I attempted to put them on they didn’t stick at all even when cleaning the surface with the cleaning cloth. Overall great product though, I’m excited to test this out.
