We are seniors, not techy, and this TV was easy for us to set up. It took about 30 to 40 mins, and the TV actually walks you through all the steps. Then we cut the cable!

Box is DAMAGED
TWO LARGE PUNCHER HOLES THAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY TOUCH THE SCREEN OF THE TV plus 4 other smaller holes.
Someone tried to tape one hole closed.
I refuse to open for fear of it being damaged and not being able to return it.
Do not know what to do with it ….
I really needed the TV but not a damaged one.
PLEASE ADVISE!!!!

Because I am very pleased with this TV. My old Roku had died and I wanted another but spent some time looking at all the options available. This TV had a very high rating from very pleased buyers. The setup was very easy and the sound is very good. Highly recommend this TV.

Great product It was hard to find on several websites Only Best Buy and Walmart had it available the Walmart delivery and website purchase was very simple And it was 42.00 less at Walmart So that was a no brainer One of the best FedEx deliveries i ever got from FedEx Walmart must have a special deal with fedex because it was a perfect delivery

Roku is built in creating a conflict in set up and use as Sound on Remote does not work with any other soundbar brand other than Roku?
We will be returning this TV and purchasing a new Vizio

I have not unpacked it yet,,, friends are coming next week to help me. I am replacing another Roku TV which was destroyed during the recent tornado watch. I loved it so much I am replacing it with a larger screen. (This review is about my previous Roku TV.)

I enjoyed the 4K look on this tv and it hasn’t given me problems unlike my old vizio tv which would constantly lag or disconnect from wifi. Definitely a game changer

Good picture, great app support, great price. Get the matching Roku soundbar, the speakers are on the tinny side. Navigation can be a little sluggish when TV is first turned on, but fine once it’s up and running. Remote seems better than the one that comes with the Roku streaming devices. Additionally, a downside to most smart TVs is that they are only good as long as they continue to support/update the App Store. With the Roku, the App Store is always supported as Roku makes the most popular streaming device while other brands are forced to support their own or pay to partner with a streaming device manufacturer. All in all, an excellent product at a great price.
