The watch is not refurbished. Is used , they should explain that on the item description. There a big difference between used and refurbished the one I order, the paint in the case was chipped off and looked really dirty it looked like skin and dirt was in port area see pictures also the dial was really worn down. It really looked like the just took it off there wrist and put in box. You’re better off just buying open box from Best Buy. Hope this helps.

The item of my bike was supposed to be like new but when I got it, there was a scratch run across the face and then when you try to charge it, it would get real hot and the battery would not hold the charge completely defective out of the box nobody checked it no quality

While the features are good for an iWatch, battery drains really fast. 100% battery charged would last for less than 18 hours. And it would easily take almost 2 hours to charge 100%! There is a little dot on top left corner of the frame which is understandable for refurbished watch.

There was a lot of scratches on the bottom of the watch I feel like they could’ve touched up. That’s why I did 4 stars other than that the watch itself runs very well. Just need to take a step further and paint the scratches and there was a lot I took a sharpie to fix them like super noticeable. I already touched up the watch or I would’ve taken pics of the scratches

The watch was severely scratched and I ordered one that was marked “excellent” condition. Which means “like new” this was clearly a very damaged piece. So I would advise anyone to ask for actual pictures of the device they are getting. The condition( excellent good acceptable ) claim is not accurate with them.

I bought this one that listed as like new condition, and here is what it looks like. I can’t imagine how bad the other condition looks like. A lot scratches everywhere. I don’t even bother turn it on. Going to return it tomorrow. Also neither band or charger is original. I would not recommend anyone to buy.

I should have trusted all the horrible reviews…. this watch hasn’t been “restored” whatsoever. the screen is so horribly scratched up they are DEEP scratches. it will cost $150 to replace the screen if not more . to be honest , this is just foul. i would never pay $170 (what it was after tax) for this EVER. i haven’t even tried to see if it’ll charge cause ive been sitting here baffled at how they can sell these and claim that they’re “restored” or “refurbished”. don’t waste your money or get your hopes up! buy from literally anyone else

The item arrived in perfect condition. It functions normally, however, the battery kept overheating during charging. Tried multiple chargers and cords and the same thing happened with all of them. Not a fault of the seller. I contacted them and the item was sent back hassle free in a very prompt full refund was issued

I received the watch was having a lot of scratches and the battery life is low so it is not like new as posted to sell be careful because I contacted the seller for providing discount for the damage but he refused and I am planning to return it soon
