I bought this refurbished MacBook Pro for my son. It arrived within the week and looked like it was brand new, already charged, and ready to use. My son had no problem transferring his files and data from his old MacBook Air. This laptop was top of the line the year it was produced and functions perfectly. He is delighted and uses it for his work as a biodiversity researcher in Ecuador’s Amazon.

Even though we had an issue, TekReplay was quick to address and make it right. Macbook looked almost new and they included a new Apple OEM powerblock.

Really good refurbished laptop, but had issues with battery not charging to 100% after a few days. Battery would only charge up to 80% and stop.
Contacted vendor 1 week ago and have not received a response from them so far.

I loved my old computer but it finally kicked the bucket. I decided on a refurbished laptop that’s very similar to my old one and overall I’m pleased. However, if it’s been refurbished I’d assumed there’d be a new battery but this battery drains very quickly even if just running one program.

Completely wasted my money. Half the keys don’t work, the battery dies in 20 mins, it overheats so bad it left a burn on my legs, I bought the warranty and that hasn’t been any help either.
