Had to reset my son phone because he didn’t remember his password so now I can’t get into the phone because it’s locked under the first owner email what do I do

less than expected. came with deep scratches, almost like someone took a knife to the screen in a couple spots, can even feel the cuts. battery is at 83% could be worse, but when it says refurbished id expect a new screen or at minimum small scratches and then atleast a 90% battery or new. and then on top of that it came 4 days after the arrival date, very unpleased with this service/ product.

Never got the product, it was “lost in transit” but BREED told me it wasn’t. I ordered it on Monday never moved from the spot i ordered it from. They use FedEx to ship. Wouldn’t recommend buying from them waste of time and money. Took me 2 days of constantly contacting Walmart and BREED to get a refund.

So disappointed, phone supposed to be like new condition, I ordered a Black colored and they sent me a gray with lots of scratches, poor battery 70%, etc etc. plus not working properly.😡

The phone actually came in early. The camera and screen works perfectly fine and is in good condition. The only problem I’m having with the phone is the battery. I keep having to put it back on the charger because every time I take it off, it dies after 5 minutes. Other than that the iPhone is pretty decent for a refurbished phone.

PRISTINE condition. Seriously wondered if was really brand new. If not for the fact that it noticeably has which what was expected to be, only 79% battery capacity. Which means unfortunately this device does die VERY quickly . However it also is a very easy solution as well and none the less an AMAZING deal on this device. Never been happier .

Bought this phone for my daughter and she LOVES it! It came in perfect condition. Transfer and connection was effortless. She went from a 6 to an 11 for Christmas and was ecstatic! Being able to make payments on it made ME ecstatic LOL.

Dislike 100%. the rebuilt phone did not live up to how the phone DESCRIPTION WAS LISTED ONLINE. I had continual problems after 3 wks of my purchase date.
