This litter sticks to everything. It’s like it melts/clumps too fast and sticks to everything—the cat, the litter robot, the floor. The cat tracks and smears it all over the house. The litter robot is covered inside with a layer of white, and the room it is in is too. I’m throwing the rest of this litter out and replacing it with something else.

I have had many sphynx cats thru the years… I have wasted so much money on cat litter (trial error)
Scented ones are the worst it’s like pouring french perfume into cat urine, So I learned to try the unscented… nothing like walking into your home smelling a 5 cat outshouse ! Low tracking has been a joke with all of them don’t get me started on the low tracking or lightweight trains. Nothing held more than 1 promise never 2 even if it held 1 for any length of time. Until now !!! Lightweight ✅ Unscented ✅ Controls urine smells✅ Controls feeces smell✅ Hard clumping✅ Low tracking✅ !!! I have bought it, bought it, bought it some more and guess what …. IT KEEPS WORKING WORKS OVERTIME TOO ! I HAVE 5 CATS 2 LITTER BOXES SOMETIMES I GO A DAY WITHOUT SCOOPING ALL 6 THINGS REMAIN TRUE !!!
FYI : if you own sphynx cats or kitten then you already know how sensative their paws all over skin already is … NO PROBLEM THIS LITTER HAS THAT COVERED AS WELL !!!

The light on my air purifier turns red when I clean the litter box. The dust that this litter emits is frightening and my kitty’s sneeze when they use it. I will not purchase this again. Being light weight is nice but not when it could be a serious hazard.

It’s very light, which is great for me because I’m old and have arthritis, so lifting heavy things has become an issue. It has very good odor control. The only thing I hate is that it’s so light that it tracks terribly! It’s all over the place and it’s so bad it may keep me from purchasing it again.

This really is very lightweight, low dust, and quite effective. I have 2 cats and there is no smell at all. Very easy to scoop, carry, and dispose of, even with my limited mobility. The empty litter pail can be lined with a trash bag and used for litter scooping – kind of like a diaper pail. I then just remove the bag and toss. I really like how useful the buckets are too! This lightweight litter makes taking out the trash MUCH easier for me now!

This may say it is low dust but it definitely is NOT. It tracks worse than any cat litter I have ever used and every surface of my house except my kitchen counter is covered in the dust that sticks to my cats it’s disgusting. It does clump well but plenty of litters do that. Never again.

… but it is an utter let down across every other dimension. As space is limited, I will treat here what I consider the most significant disappointment: dust. In less than 72 hrs and during regular scooping, you will kick up clouds of dust so thick they completely obscure the litter box that is exactly one arms-length away from you, requiring you to wait for said clouds to “die down” so you can finish the job. And on litter changing day, the effect is duplicated exponentially when you transfer a full pan into a trash bag. This is dust on steroids, folks. You will exit the room in search of oxygen and return to find the atmosphere visually akin to that of a smoker’s lounge in Kennedy Airport circa 1994. As long as you use this litter, a fine layer of dust will cover every surface in a 30 ft radius of its placement, whether your litter boxes are covered or not. You will be doing a lot of wiping down and mopping up. I made the best of it while working thru 3 containers – pretended I was at a Kiss show, all those clouds and particles resulting from smoke machines and pyrotechnics. I was NOT made for loving you Tidy Cats lightweight clumping litter.

Has unpleasant smell that sticks to everything around the box including the cat. It also has white bits that somehow make it 25 or 30 feet from the box. I do like that its a lot lighter and doesnt smell like cat pee for like twice as long but it getting tracked all through the house just a couple hours after cleaning is a dealbreaker for us.

I continue to buy this litter because it’s a good product, but there’s no way I could ever open it myself and even the younger and stronger people who help me have a rough time and need to use scissors. If I didn’t have people to help me, I couldn’t possibly open it.
Why? Is it really necessary to make the container that difficult to open?

This is a good quality litter. Everything it’s advertised for; clumping, no fragrance and lightweight. The heavy duty bucket has a large ecological footprint. Having said that you can use it for all kinds of things around the house. We actually put our daily trash, recycling and compost in them. Easy to rinse out so you don’t need a bag.
