This tv was purchased by me last week. The tv was delivered to me and left in a public spot (hotel lobby with no signature upon delivery). The tv was stolen before I was able to retrieve it. Walmart is not taking any responsibility towards the substandard delivery, and I am out the 158.00 purchase price. So because I never actually received the tv, I cannot comment on it. I will comment in a most negative way about the complete lack of customer service I experienced about the delivery and Walmart’s refusal to make the situation right.

Worked fine for 3months then something inside fouled up and would not upload programs from streaming. Internet was working it just never could play. Internet service came 2 different times and both times said it was malfunction intv. Their advise get warranty.alot of malfunctions in new products

The tv runs itself ! It turns itself on and off when it wants to? It switches between inputs , turns off while you are walking and puts you in darkness ? We really don’t understand how it is doing this ? We are not home and come home to a tv playing for itself ?

It arrived with a broken screen. The outer shell is intact but the picture looks like a cracked screen. It’s weird because the box is intact perfectly good condition so I suspect someone returned it like there was nothing wrong with it. I’m taking it back to the store.

This came delivered since it was unavailable in our store and we have 2 other roku TVS. We really like them so we wanted another in a larger size. The condition of the package was unacceptable. one side of the box was missing and replaced with some cut piece of cardboard. It appears as though it was placed in water. The box is wet. Do not order things online to be delivered to you which you will be investing $200 in…. This is inexcusable. I can’t imagine the TV will be useable after getting wet….

This is the second tv we’ve purchased in this model Philips and size 40 inch and both tv’s did not work. The first tv we purchased was delivered with screen cracked. This second one was connected it and then in the middle of the evening the tv just went black and blinked on and off like it was possessed. Then the tv would not turn on anymore just black screen. I am very disappointed in this brand and model! Will get a refund and never purchase from Walmart again.

seems to be exactly what i needed. I’m still having to figure out the live tv versus digital antennae tv . But it has lots of options. anxious to expand the sound and subscriptions. perfect size (40″) and the PFL 6533 series , seems top line. have it on a heavy duty swivel wall mount. //includes 10-1 channel, versus my bigger 55″ ONN blocks that particular antennae channel-

Great TV. Not really crisp as I’d prefer but it’s an awesome TV for the price. Best part? If I’m watching something on my phone when I walk into my house, I can transfer it to the TV (that’s not even turned on) and it will begin streaming immediately.

Love the TV, the price, and the wonderful delivery man who didn’t want to just leave it if someone wasn’t home. He was so nice and an asset to Walmart. The TV is wonderful and started right up as soon as I plugged it in. It was the easiest setup I’ve ever had to do. I couldn’t be happier about a purchase than I am with this TV.
