Pros: Cheap, very cheap, so cheap MSI didn’t put a BIOS button. Cons: This mobo does not support 13th gen, unless you have an existing 12th gen cpu to update BIOS. Normally there is a BIOS update button which allows you to update prior to installing ram/CPU. Unfortunately, MSI did not include this option on this board.
Luckily prior to me installing the 13th gen cpu I purchased, I seen another comment on here stating this same issue, I’m going to install 12th gen CPU since there’s no guarantee another board which is supposed to support 13th gen will. Overall Review: It should be EXPLICITLY stated that this motherboard is incompatible with 13th gen unless you have an existing 12th gen to update BIOS

Pros: Good price for a budget build. Easy hookups. Good documentation. MSI quality. Cons: Not really a bad thing but the SATA drive plugs come off the board on a 90 degree connector. So the drive cables leave the board flat, from the board edge, rather than straight up. Depending on how much space you have in your case, this could either be a bonus or an aggravation. Have a good look at the photos on the web site. Also, there is only one power connector for case fans. If you have more that one fan, you will need one or more “Y” cables to power them. Overall Review: Recommended and would buy again.

Pros: I love this board. I threw an i3 on it and am using it as a server in the garage. No issues. Updating the bios was easy, enabling XMP was simple, even configuring the case fans was a breeze. Cons: None – BUT I am using this board with an i3. I probably wouldn’t throw an i7 or i9 on here. You could probably get away with an i5. It only has one CPU power connector. Could be enough power, maybe not. Do research first. Overall Review: I would absolutely recommend this board. I could see using this as a gaming board with an i3 or an i5 if you get adequate cooling for the i5.

Pros: -As of October 2024 purchase, it came with BIOS version 3/26/2024. It recognized the Core i3 14100 processor without any issue. Didn’t need to put a 12th gen Core processor in to do any BIOS update.
-From the above bulletpoint, my box had a “Next Gen CPU Ready” sticker on it probably to indicate it has the updated BIOS version to support 13th and 14th gen Core processors.
-Compact size and has Wi-Fi card already included.
-High quality
-2x ARGB 5v headers for your LED lights
-Integrated video output if you don’t want to add a dedicated video card. (VGA, Displayport, and HDMI) Cons: -Only 1 PCIe 1x expansion slot and it will be covered up if you have a gaming video card with a massive heatsink like in my case with the GeForce RTX 4060 card.
-BIOS user interface can be a little confusing to use as there’s many different screens and menus. Some features can only be accessed on the EZ Mode screen or Advanced screen.
-Can be a con if you’re building a gaming focused PC or focused on aesthetics that there’s only 2x ARGB headers on the board.
-The 2 Wi-Fi antenna wires are difficult to connect to the Wi-Fi card.
-No USB-C ports Overall Review: It’s a great budget board for its intended purposes. It’s working as it should to my expectations on a budget/entry-level compact gaming PC.

– Looks good, no blinky lights, very incognito Cons: – None, I just think I got a bad board, very unlucky Overall Review: I’m too lazy to actually write a review. If you’re unlucky like me, RMA the board MSI is pretty generous with RMA’s.
The MOBO is a 5/5. I just got unlucky with mine, but since it did die after a short notice, I can’t help but give it a 3/5.

Pros: I like this board because it was 14th gen ready and it was. It took my i3 14th gen CPU I bought with it with no issues and booted. The WIFI card was included in the box but at first I couldn’t find it since I didn’t see it on the board as in the pictures, but it was safe in it’s own anti-static bag. Cons: There really isn’t anything I dislike about this motherboard since it has everything I need and works, but just missing 2 non-essential parts that according to the pictures it was suppose to have and it didn’t come with it. That was the product registeration card and the case badge.
There was one thing that bothered me and that was the drivers that came with the board, it look a little digging to get it to install the WIFI drivers but it installed the Bluetooth drivers right out of the box. Overall Review: I would presonally recommend this motherboard to anyone who is looking for a good motherboard with WIFI and Bluetooth built-in capabilities. Granted it is the previous generation DDR Memory (DDR4) but it works and I am happy about it.
Just like I mentioned in the Cons, the only things that bothered me was that when I first opened the box and pulled everything out I noticed that it didn’t have the product registeration card or the case badge as pictured. Then when installing drivers, it took a while to get to the correct spot to install the WIFI drivers.

Pros: It was easy to get it set up Cons: I cant say there is anything wrong with the product, mine just didnt work at all. Bad luck on my end. Overall Review: I cant say I would reccomend this to anyone. Mine was fried right out of the box so what do I know. Mine did not come with a user manual so I probably was sold a used product that didnt work. Not going to be purchasing my replacement from Newegg.
