Our bedroom unit went out after 7 years of us living here and who knows how many before that. I am so happy that I bought this and you can’t beat the price either. This unit was very easy to install and within 10 minutes of intally turning it on, our room was significantly cooler. It blows such ice cold air we haven’t even attempted to turn it on past 5 since then, It goes up to 7, lol. I am looking forward to the summer now. This is probably the best one I’ve owned so far.

Best unit was damaged when I opened the box. Funny thing is the box wasn’t damaged whoever packaged this package to damaged. I called media like they told me to point the owner’s manual where it says stop do not take this back to Walmart. And they told me to take it back to walmart.

I specifically chose this unit because in the at a glance section, it said there was a remote control and a timer. My apartment was 90 degrees so needed to install the unit. No remote or timer. Also, the silver part in the back of the unit was damaged when I took it out of the box. Yes, it did cool down my bedroom so I could sleep but it runs nonstop and I had to get up numerous times to turn it off and on.

we were charged full price for an item that was clearly marked as returned and clearance and are being refused anything except returning it to the store which is not possible for us at this time.

I purchased this small unit for a single bedroom for a dementia patient I help with. I got it home and was opening to place the window unit. To my surprise, some of the parts and buts were growing and covered with mold. I am sure that cant be good to put into the air. I contacted support with no resolution other than to return to store or 10% of my money back. AC units arent always easy to tote back and forth, however I will be toting this one back for a full refund and purchasing an ac unit elsewhere.

Yes I need to return it it’s too using too much power and not cooling enough for the room I put it in it’s not going to work out so I need to do a return but I don’t know how to do that exactly

Its fairly loud, and even in a small room it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature when it was only 76° outside. I paid 180$ for it and have not been pleased with its performance at all.

It is a noisy unit and makes a “rattle” sound every time the compressor turns on. Other than that, it cools good. If I had it to do over again, I would buy another unit.

I bought this unit to supplement the central heat/air that I have because my bedroom is the furthest from the unit outside and to keep my bedroom cooler. I owned this same unit for several years and got my money out of it. This time I bought the black unit, Im sure color has nothing to do with the function but the previous unit did a way better jib at assisting to keep the bedroom cool. I live in SC and today is the first really hot day. I installed this unit before noon, so was not extremely hot yet but this unit is a far cry from the first Midea I owned. Its been on High Cool with the max fan speed and im not feeling it. I wish I had read more reviews before just purchasing this same brand thinking they would be compatible but they are not. I paid $130 for the first unit, this one was $165. I expected better quality from Midea since the other unit worked so well. I know now that the Midea brand has a broad spectrum of what quality is to them. I wont buy another Midea anything.

Product came damaged! I returned it to the store and they told me it was a 3rd party vendor and I would have to return it to them and wait 10 days for a refund when all I wanted was a new one off the shelf!
