I was super disappointed because It came new in the box and doesn’t work to play with because it has drift. I turned on the Xbox and couldn’t even scroll to select a game. It would just scroll on its own to the top of the scree. 😞

Product wasn’t the issue, it was the staff at the store and the communication with them. I received the email advising that I could go pick up my order. The staff was very lazy, didn’t want to help and as soon as she looked for my order she just said “oh it was cancelled, we don’t have it and you got a email”. I did stop and look for the “email” because she advised that it was cancelled and that I got a email saying why. As soon as I attempted to show her that the order says it’s ready for pick up she just walked away and literally disappeared. I walked back to the electronics and found the exact product that “wasn’t here”. I didnt purchase this product from this location or even Walmart. I went and found it at Game Stop, it was more expensive but staff went overboard to help.

Product never arrived, and I’m forced to wait 48 hours to have the team reorder. You should fire all your delivery drivers because they absolutely suck. Once I get the correct order I promise never to order online from you again, and tell everyone I know not to use your delivery services.

My fiancé loved the look and the feel of the controller I got her….the only thing was getting the Bluetooth connected was challenging at first but all we had to do is update the controller through the Xbox app on the pc since she doesn’t have an Xbox

Disappointed. Controller feels weird. It has stopped working properly and disconnects feom Bluetooth every five minutes. I never had problems with other controls via bluetooth. I suggest another brand or controller. I wasted my money.

Purchased new controller due to my previous controller had issues and when I purchased it the movement buttons were off and anytime I stopped playing for a second my gun was up in the air. Love the color easy to see and find. Has a nice grip underneath for better grip. Well worth the money. Hope they start coming out with NFL teams controllers.

was clearly sold a used controller. walmart wouldn’t accept it back the box and controller had two separate serial numbers which didnt match their system. contact microscoft the warranty ended a year ago on a device i just purchased. keep the original boxes and receipts people to avoid this issue. walmart didnt help at all!!!!

Bought this to use with my steam deck. It would not connect no matter how much I tried. I found solutions online that require you to get the Xbox Accessories app on your PC to update the controller, but spent over an hour trying to get the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app to work, just for it to tell me it isn’t compatible with my version Windows (even though it says Windows 10 is supported, which is what I have).
If you are looking for a controller that works not only on its own console but also with steam deck, I recommend literally ANYTHING else. Xbox 360/One, Switch Pro, PS4/5, etc.

The controller arrived in-box in an unpaded paper mailer, so the box looked like it was put through a tumble dryer when it arrived. Luckily the controller had not so much as a scratch on it, which goes to show the quality of microsoft’s packaging, despite the distributors terrible packing job.
