13-gallon bags fit fully inside without struggling to stretch the bag around the rim. Best for trash that is not very heavy because it is pretty big, but it’s not a trash barrel! I recommend Great Value 13-Gallon Clear Drawstring Tall Kitchen Bags because you see no ugly overhang of the bag over the rim. Place 3.5 inches away from wall, and top swings freely and easily. Sticker on lid may not peel off easily, though. I really like it.

Could not purchase in any local store had to choose delivery…. Delivery time was incorrect… Package received the next day opened the product was dirty with no labels or information on it only my address on the side of the box… Super disappointed won’t be doing that again

Although the kitchen size bag fits snuggly around the top so it doesnt fall in (like 1), it also doesnt reach to the bottom of the “kitchen size” bottom so its deceiving how much you can actually fill it (dislike 1). the swing lid has to be held by one hand while tossing with the other. Once there is about 3/4 full of garbage, the swing lid gets hung up and you again must use the extra hand to push the lid out of the way (dislike 2). If the swing lid was a few inches higher and the bottom of the pail shorter, it would probably work great.

Easy-peasy! Quite Simple nothing to break! We used to have a step to open the trash can after a few weeks, the ‘ring’ that held the trash bag broke! I should’ve returned it, but I didn’t. This one has no extra features, but the swinging lid is Great!! So Simple at a GREAT EXCELLENT price!

We like the fact that the trashcan is taller and has the lid so that our puppy can’t get into the trash. We also like the fact that it uses the 13 gallon trash bags so we didn’t have to upgrade to using the bigger size trash bags we like the fact that the trashcan is taller and has the lid so that our puppy can’t get into the trash.

It broke on the third day I couldn’t find the receipt so I didn’t bother them going back to you guys and ordering it. I threw trash into this Mainstay 13-gallon kitchen trash can last night and when I awoke this morning the trash was still inside. That makes it a good trash can. I know it was only one night but I’m giving this trash can five stars based on the assumption the trash will consistently remain inside until I take it out or overfill it. You should buy this trash can.

The only thing I don’t like about this item, is once it gets to a certain level, the lid doesn’t want to flip. And if you need to scape a dish off, you need to take the lid completely off, otherwise what you are scraping off will get all over the lid.

I love the garbage. However, I guess with black, you can see every scratch mark so I was a little disappointed about that… but I’m keeping it I’m going to use it in my garage and I’m going to get a different color… but all in all I’d like the garbage can and the prices reasonable…

This trash can is a good bargin for your monet, I like the ease of use as well as the convenience of the slim essence of the can, the lid does get stuck if garbage is somewhat near it but other than that I would consider it a very accessible kitchen trash can and thanks for the deal
