First time taking tv out of the box since it was purchased. I waited a while because I was doing work in my house. Immediately turned it on as soon as it was installed and noticed the mishap.
I called customer service and they are unable to send a replacement which is beyond frustrating.

Had it about a week. Old TV died. Got this one next day. Weighs about 100 lbs. Had to get a bigger table. Old TV was a 75 in this one is 86. Easy to set up. Good color sound. Only totally free preinstalled movie app is tubi, older TV had more. Lots of free channels to choose from. Good deal for the price. Instruction manual could be better. Still trying to figure out how to add more apps.

I read most of the reviews so instead of having it delivered and having the possibility that it might arrive broken, I decided to pick it up from the store. We’re really happy with it. I think this was a great buy and affordable and cheaper than Samsung by a few hundred dollars. My husband wanted the Samsung brand but it was an inch smaller and $400 more we got this tv for $1110 after taxes.

The tv is glitchy. It takes awhile to connect to the network and I have a very good network. The high def picture sometimes takes 2-3 min to focus in. Meanwhile, the picture is blurry for that time. The remote is a standard LG remote with way too many buttons. I replaced a 65” Hisense Roku smart tv with this and I miss the simplicity of the Hisense. Overall, it works and I’ll deal with it. But, I wouldn’t buy again.

I bought this TV because my 2 yr old 70 in Samsung gave me the black screen. Thankfully the wall mount I had for the Samsung fit perfectly on this TV AND the screws are already on the back of the TV! Don’t have it shipped or order ahead, just go get it! I put it in the back of my friend’s pickup. For all the people saying “it’s big, it’s heavy, you need 3 or 4 people, must be professionally mounted”… I’m a 45 yr old woman and my little 20 year old daughter had it upstairs and on the wall mount in under and hour. The pic and sound are amazing! Now if I could just get the screen mirror to work. Mine came with nice legs lol, cheap remote, batteries, mount screws and at least 4 manuals. It has 3 HDMI inputs.

Purchased the tv for store pick-up on oct-14th. Received an email a hour later with the basic info about purchasing for pick up and the store pick-up up hours. With that I assumed it might be ready for pick up anytime in between those hours, so I called the store to ask if it was ready for pick up. I was told that my order was being “picked” and i was assured it would be ready for pick up by 4:36pm oct 14th. I arrived a few minutes early and at 4:30 I received an email saying the tv is unavailable. I called the store to figure how it’s no longer available, got no where and had no other option but to ship to home or get a refund in 7 to ten business days. I was not able to pick up at another store because the purchase was through THAT store. Fast forward to today oct 23rd. I get an email that the tv is out for delivery. I get home and open the tv up for find the screen broken. I call to exchange it, the first problem I have is that I “ can not return or exchange the tv because their system shows the tv has not been delivered.” Second problem is that I can “return” the tv to the store only after their system shows it been delivered and I won’t be refunded for who knows how many business days and I have to purchase the other tv in store.

TV arrived in box with screen broken!
We are waiting for refund to our credit card. I have spoken to 5 different Walmart people and still no refund.
Received Oct. 18th. Too heavy to be returned according to last person I spoke to. We want a refund. Please advise.

TV weights 100lb, it takes 2 people to handle it. I watched a single delivery driver unload the television from the delivery truck. Holding onto the truck with one hand lowering with the other. The television landed on it’s corner, which I believe cracked the screen(I could be wrong). However the television was returned for replacement, which I’m still waiting for. I asked to pay for installation so I won’t need to go through the return process if it arrived broken again. Walmart online customer service is a joke!!!!!!! As of today I have no updates on the replacement

Great picture! I replaced a 2018 75inch Samsung with this LG and the picture quality is amazing. Only downside is the lack of HDMI hookups but this wasn’t a total game changer. I do recommend buying the smart remote for this tv . Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great tv… just glad it wasn’t damage with shipping… that is what I was most afraid of it being damage during shipping… but surprisingly it arrived perfectly!! I am a very happy customer and will never doubt them again with a large purchase such as this!!!
