TV works fine. The problem is that the description does not match the TV. The only reason iI bought this TV is so I can hook-up my playstation. In the description it shows the AV plugin, only problem it’s not on the TV. False advertising does not make for a happy camper.

This was my 1st time buy’n a tv ONLINE, I had to go this route cuz my son truck isn’t wrk’n right now, I have to admit this was the easiest route I’ve ever taken! I didn’t even knw Walmart offered personal delivery, but it was very fast and professionally delivered! It was delivered on time by a delivery guy in a delivery truck, I guess Walmart has contracted delivery drivers and it’s the BEST THING EVER! Tv arrived unharmed and works perfect! I definitely will recommend these services!

This tv is total garbage. I purchased it in November and it stopped working. The Walmart customer service rep told me I could not return it and I’m out $455. I even have a 4 year warranty which seems to be a worthless rip off.

Ordered this about April 2nd. Recieved it and it badly damaged. sent a truck out to get it twice until one of the truck drivers called back and said I needed a return shipping label. Finally got picked up again for the third time and I’m just wondering if I could have a better update to know where it is and when it’s going to arrive.

There are cloudy spots and false shadows on the screen. Hisense is refusing to service this under warranty, calling it “forced perspective”. I’ll NEVER buy another Hisense product! 🙁 🙁 🙁

it has a light spot on the screen ,it had a tag over it to hide the spot ,didnt feel like returning it because i already open it an got ride of the package i hope the next time i order it will be in better shape (perfect)Thanks

This is our second one. We had the original for about 8-9 years and the black light went out so we could hear our program but there was no picture. This one has a better picture and much better sound. Easy to program and I highly recommend it. We have several different sizes of this tv and love them all

My 5 star rating is based on the fact you get a lot of TV for the price. However you cannot compare this to a $5K Samsung or Sony. You get what you pay for but there is a ton of value in this TV. The built in Roku is in my opinion the best overall streaming player and it seems fairly responsive. A lot of other TVs with the built in Streaming APP are slow and laggy. Roku is more user friendly than say google, especially for older people.

Bought this TV brand new in box. Get to home , set it up and everything looks good. Few days later I go to set up the AV…doesn’t work. Thought maybe it was my cord so I tried the cord on another TV and it works. Horrible quality if a brand new TV already has issues. Now I have to have the inconvenience of packing back up the TV, getting it back to the store and trying to find another in same budget. Huge hassle and wish they would’ve had better quality.

Purchase the exact same Hisense/Roku that we have in our living room. The TV is perfect, Grandsons were coming for the weekend, wanted an extra TV. This was priced right, plus we would have help carrying the new one in, and the old one to the basement.
Here’s where Walmart came in . . .
Ordered pickup, which was fine. Came home carried it in by the handles, almost came out the bottom. Obviously this was opened, maybe used as a display, and never sealed back up. Dodged a bullet, it didn’t fall out in the street. Came in set it up, and right away started having issues. Audio would go out, remote would control some things not the other, problem after problem. I had to “FACTORY RESET” this TV probably 8-10 times. Never “FACTORY RESET” the other one. Then it dawned on me, I had the same problem with the 50” Hisense/Roku TV recently. That was my fault because I didn’t program my new remote. So Walmart sold me a display TV giving me a remote that wasn’t for this TV. Used the remote from the old TV, haven’t had a problem since.
Thanks Walmart, next time I’ll go to BEST BUY. They let me know when a product has an open box, something I never buy. I won’t be scammed by you ever again.
