Worked ok at first, randomly lost connection to the internet. Went thru all suggested fixes, nothing worked. Eventually down to pushing the “factory reset” button on the tv. Now it is stuck in a loop, screen says “recovery mode, do not reboot or power off.” No way to get out of this screen. No help from Hisense tech support, now only 8 days past Walmart return window, which was inexplicably only 30 days. $250 down the drain.

Picture quality was great, and it was easy to set up and use at first. Unfortunately, the remote sensor stopped working about two months after we got it. Now we can’t get to any of the apps and have to manually turn it on to watch live tv only. We bought the same brand but bigger for our living room and the remote works but the picture stopped working. We can hear what should be going on but no picture at all. Very disappointed.

The television was packed very securely but was easy to uncrate. Attaching the legs was easy. The TV setup was quick and easy. The picture is amazingly good for such a reasonable priced set. Remote is easy to follow. My only wish is that Hisense would not put the volume control on the side of the remote. My tendency is to hold the edges of the remote and press the volume or mute buttons.

Great picture and sound, and it is only connected to wifi. Took only a few seconds to set up a connection. Attaching the feet didn’t take long, either. Highly recommed. Don’t be fooled by the extremely low price. I now own two, both run of wifi only. Great product!

It was so easy to set up and it’s a dream to watch TV on it and get all the platforms you’re getting. The sound is excellent on it and it was easy to set everything up in the back to get it plugged in correctly, I’m 66 and I was able to do it all by myself. The quality of the picture is terrific.

TV was purchased on a Saturday (Jan 11th) and stopped working on the following Monday (Jan 13th). This was the second Hisense Roku we had purchased in 3 years. The first one lasted 3 years. Don’t think Roku is a good product. We had destroyed the packaging too soon and couldn’t return to Walmart. I’m very dissapointed in the product.

Well, I’ve only had the TV for two weeks but so far it’s a pretty good deal. I took out a four year warranty. Hopefully I’m not gonna use it. I bought the same brand eight years ago and had no problems with it up until I had a blue line go across the screen so hopefully this one’s gonna last at least eight years also.

To be honest I did not have high expectations for this tv..however, this tv is really great! So great I purchased a second one. It is a Roku tv which is really nice, all built in . Navigating through the menus is fluid , the clarity is excellent and the sound is great. The tv is also very light for a 50 inch screen. My son plays video games and they look great as well .

Totally sharp picture and it is so easy to set-up. The Roku part of the television is totally awesome and easy to set-up as well. The quality of the picture, sound, the lightness of the tv are all pluses. You could never beat an amazing television. The HDMI ports of easy accessible and the quality of color is just wonderful.

I have had other 50″ TVs and was very impressed at how well this was packed. The TV was easy to install with clear instructions. I didn’t experience any problems.
So far, it has worked well with a very clear picture and easy instructions for installation. The sound is good and the remote is easy to use and easy to navigate without looking at the remote. I only stream now and so not many ports are needed for anything else.
I am very pleased with the whole experience and I have high hopes this TV will last a long time.
