Nice, compact, pocket size roll of duct tape to have on hand in toolbox/drawer for those projects which require less tape width. Saves on having to precisely trim (and waste part of) a length of standard wide duct tape when a one inch width will do. I found this tape to be thick, strong, heavy in weight, and fairly easy to precisely tear by hand or cut with scissors (without a sticky finger fight or getting stretched or leaving stringy edges). It adheres extremely well to smooth (dust-free, nonporous) surfaces along with paper/cardboard and sticks adequately well to fabrics and textured/porous surfaces.
Will point out that the roll does not have 30 feet (9.14 metres) of useable tape length. The last 5.75 inches is unusable due to it being glued onto paper. Effectively, you get approx 24 feet (7.32 metres). Keep this in mind if you are calculating amount needed for a craft project.

The adhesive isn’t grippy enough for my purposes, not to mention that a single drop of water basically ruins it entirely. It’s also hard to tear. I can’t tell if it’s the material I’m trying to stick it to, but I get better value with store bought stuff anyways.

Tough and sticky tape. I like the small size. I keep one in my Snowmobile, ATV, and Tackle Box. Great to have on hand in a pinch.

I initially purchased this because it said it sticks to almost anything and is thick, and I had an annoying glass travel mug with removable cork bottom that kept falling off due to there not being enough pressure between the 2 pieces. I bought this tape to solve this problem and it worked! The tape sticks to the cork reliably and is thick enough to fill the space to keep the cork bottom on the mug. I’m not adhering the 2 pieces with it since I want to continue to wash the mug properly in the dishwasher, I’m simply using it to add a bit more thickness to the removable cork bottom so that it stays attached to the mug when I lift it out of my car’s cupholder. It works perfectly for this application.
I also recently did some cable management for my office space and I had thought about mounting a 5-plug surge protector to a wall or sticking it horizontally to a supporting beam on my desk. I decided to try the latter and it seems to stay on nicely. I needed to adequately balance any plugs that hung over so that both sides were relatively equally weighted as I did notice it lean to the heavier side if I didn’t do this. This saved me from putting holes in the wall. I don’t know if I’d try it vertically, probably not since I had purchased another item specifically for this purpose that failed.
Gorilla adhesive products have been hit or miss for me. I’ve only tried 2 products: this one and Gorilla glue, which says it can adhere glass but that is false. I was disappointed with Gorilla glue but decided to try this tape due to the positive reviews. I’m glad I gave them another try.

Gorilla Tape in a travel size? Yes please. It’s the same strong, sticky stuff you expect, just in a convenient, portable roll. Threw it in my travel bag and already used it to patch a torn strap and seal a stubborn zipper. Holds up great outdoors too. Definitely a smart little addition to any travel or emergency kit.
