I bought this as a birthday gift for my wife, she was very exited to use it and after waiting some time to see it in action, and use it too, it didn’t torn on. i checked the AC adapter to see if that was the problem but ir appeared to be working. I’m from Puerto Rico so decided to open it and check it out instead of returning it and wait a week or two for another unit to arrive. When I opened it I saw a connectir that goes to the control pannel that was not plugged in. For me that was it. Someone in the manufacturing chain forgot to plug that connector and it almost cost the company a return. Photos bellow.
Besides that the unit works great, we find using it in the lowest settings sometime because it really grabs your feet good.

This works so well that I have to stay medium cycle or lower! The compression, heat and massage revive my feet after one session! I can get up and walk around and not be in pain! I swear it helps my circulation too! Best foot massager I have EVER purchased! Husband agrees! I got it for him for Father’s Day and he uses it daily!

A bit disappointed. There is no rapid vibration type action, nor any true toes massaging. The front of feet receives only a dull motion and seems only like an afterthought and in no way performs a rapid blood circulation shake. In no way is there fast vibration action of any type. The center of your foot receives a slow kneading action. Recommend you pass on this unit if a speedy vibration setting is what you are mainly looking for.

Bought this for my spouse to see if it will help with his neuropathy in his feet. This is helping actually them feel better. Nothing else really helped him before (including special shoes and socks). I will definitely buy again when needed.

I’ve been around health wellness for half a century…literally. To me, the way this hits those acupressure points on the bottom of the foot can positively affect so many things along with your feet. We use it once in the morning then once at night – Really notice the overall relief – WINNER!

Great product, works really well. The compression on the lowest setting is fairly intense, medium setting is very intense and the highest setting I haven’t even tried and probably won’t. The heat is great, the rollers work very well and the vibration is a nice touch. Easy to use with the remote. Great purchase.

The massager’s air option compresses my foot incredibly well. The kneading is very powerful when you set the air compression to high and the heat option is good.

It works well minus the heat which I can’t feel at all. If I have the air on high it is too much and hurts but low and medium work nicely. I wish there was a thicker padding between your feet and the massagers and that the heat was effective would be my only complaints
