Fantastic! Worked easily, zero problems, used GPS constantly for over 3 weeks, posted on social media, checked email once a day, and still had 6.9 G left of the 10. TIPS: Don’t put it in until you get to your location, keep the phone number they give you so you can find it if you need it (i never used it). Just put it in, make sure Location is on, Airplane Mode is off. Do not use the free wifi around you when that pops up on your phone, not even at your hotel; just put this in and leave it! You will get hello texts from various phone companies if you move around, and them selling you more GB often, just ignore. I was worried as I have never used one of these, travelled through 2 diff countries (France & Spain), no problem at all. SO GRATEFUL.

I purchased the Europe SIM card, two of them, for my Android phone & my wife’s. We used them in Tenerife and in Barcelona. They just worked, completely problem-free. Swap in the SIM card, restart the phone, enable mobile roaming (if it isn’t already), and voice, texts and data all immediately worked. No PIN codes, no messy activation, no fussing around. Received a text message with our phone number automatically. It was simple & easy. I’d buy these again for future Europe trips.

There is no roaming data with this sim card. We needed wifi to access the internet which was very difficult as out first time in Europe. We got text messages telling us to download an app that was ‘not avalible in our country’ even though we didn’t put the card in until we were in Italy. Very frustrating and had to buy a new sim card there.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. For the European SIM card, BEWARE YOU ONLY GET 60% OF THE DAYA YOU BUY IF YOU’RE TRAVELLING OUTSIDE THE UK! We bought a 10GB card for Italy, and our data stopped working after using 6GB. We how to contact the provider while we’re in the middle of trying to find our way in a foreign city without internet and unfortunately,they confirmed this. It was not clarified in the description at all. The worst part is you cannot add on additional data for this prepaid SIM card, so we were stuck abroad without any data.

Upon installing the SIM card went into a constant loop of asking to input your SSM messaging ID. It actually cleaned the info that was already on our IPhone. Resetting it back to a previous owner. Then iMessage was locked into only sending messages to the previous owner. Yes could not use IMessage to send any other contacts a text. Could not send pictures on the reset Imessge ID. Spotty coverage and extremely slow speeds. And it burned through the data at an alarming rate. Would not recommend this SIM for travel to Japan.

We hebben er goed gebruik van gemaakt. Een onmisbare sim voor gebruik in China, waarbij we ook toegang hebben tot Facebook, Google, WhatsApp e.d. Deze zijn daar geblokkeerd. Wel tevoren bestellen voordat je op reis gaat. Ga ook na of 5 Gb voldoende is voor 15 dagen. Als je hem continu aan hebt, gaat gebruik best hard.

L’attivazione è molto facile. Basta inserirla e, una volta negli USA, attivare il roaming dati. Per questo ero tentato di dare due stelle, ma no, anche se facile rimane inutile.
Evitate pure l’acquisto.
La connessione dati dura 10 secondi, poi si disconnette per altri 10 secondi, poi si riconnette sempre per 10 secondi… Va bene se la si usa per leggere un giornale online, ma un’operazione un po’ più complessa (tipo il check-in per il volo di rientro) è semplicemente impossibile.
La disconnessione dopo i 10 secondi è totale, qualsiasi sessione viene chiusa e in 10 secondi non si riesce a fare nulla di nulla.
Non è questione di compatibilità telefono/rete, perché lo stesso telefono con una sim più seria si connetteva perfettamente.

Davvero ottima, ha funzionato benissimo per tutto il viaggio in Turchia. L’unico appunto è che una volta inserita sono comparsi 7-8 messaggi duplicati con scritto una roba del tipo “configurazione ok” e “inserimento apn manuale” ma una volta chiusi la sim ha funzionato immediatamente. Quindi ottima

Easy to use. I removed my cell phone company chip and popped it in. Had to use WhatsApp only. My phone was a bit slow but the chip worked right away. Worth it!

Went on a trip last month and was torn between using an e-sim or trying this. I’m glad I went with a physical sim! I was country hopping and didn’t want to have to think about switching to a different e-sim in a different country + found that the esims are pricey for the amount of data they give you. I never worried about data with this one.
I know some people have said customer support was a pain to get a hold of, but I found them to be quite responsive on WhatsApp! I heard back from them in a few hours.
Would absolutely recommend this to anyone travelling to multiple countries in Europe for an extended time:)

Easy install once we got to Italy and it worked very well. We hopped on a cruise and anytime we were close to land or at port, we had good connection. No issues to all the countries we visited (Italy, Croatia, Turkey, Greece). We would buy again!
