Removed the flat useless OEM insert and replaced with these and being on your feet for much of the day on concrete floors is SOOOO much better! Very comfortable and easy to place into your shoe and cut to size if needed.

If I could give these a 10 star, I would. I work very longs shift where I am standing all day long, most of the time in one spot. I have tried other orthotics and I would still be left at the end of my shift in so much pain, not even able to walk. I bought these and they were a game changer!
