The Cosco Kids Scenera Next DLX Convertible Car Seat in Moon Mist has been a fantastic addition for our travel needs. Its lightweight design makes it incredibly easy to carry, especially when paired with a car seat backpack. The inclusion of removable cup holders, a convenient storage bag, and space for belt hooks adds to its practicality. The cover is also a breeze to clean and remove.
However, I wouldn’t recommend this car seat for backward-facing infants. When installed in the rear-facing position, it tends to sit at an awkward angle, which might not be the most comfortable or secure for younger babies. For forward-facing toddlers and travel, though, this car seat is a great choice.

This car seat was sent in an unmarked box and clearly used. There was no packaging material or plastic bag to protect the car seat, so debris was all on the fabric. I am not satisfied and do not intend to use a used safety product for my baby.

It’s easy to move in and out of the car, and it’s lighter than some others. My daughter recommended it and she checks all the safety reports. It’s narrow so we can fit two people and the car seat across the back seat.

I bought this to fly with my infant on a solo trip. It’s very light. Set up is simple but may take some practice because you can’t see while fastening the seatbelt. On a plane facing forward, the seatbelt buckle is right under the child’s back and the seat is only lightly padded, so additional padding may be needed for comfort. It would not fit rear-facing economy seating. It’s big for an infant but we will be able to use it for a long time.

Well made Car seat. Use it for my grandson in my car.
The release button is a bit difficult to press..have to use both thumbs to release. Wish the part that hooks snaps into release button mechanism wasn’t metal as that can get hot in the sun and burn the baby if not aware and using caution. I always cover the car seat with a sun shade when car is parked and not in use to eliminate the potential for harming my grandson when loading him into the carseat.
He seems comfortable and naps easily once on our way.

We bought this carseat for a recent vacation, and it was great. We specifically wanted something that was TSA/FAA approved that was also light-weight for our 2-year-old daughter. We used it on the plane (so she doesn’t squirm around everywhere), plus used it in our rental car. It was super light and easy to carry through the airport. Plus fit well in the seats on Frontier Airlines.

Needed this car seat for travel and it did not disappoint. I did a lot of research and for this price and weight, you can’t beat it. I was able to travel with my almost 3 year old without any issues. The car seat is soooo light weight and airplane compatible. If you’re trying to decide, do it!!

It is awful tall and not so soft for a newborn but it will be great when she is 5. lol. My daughter put it together so I was not using the instructions. The cup holder will be useful as she grows up maybe 6 or 7. Overall It should wear well through grade school . It’s a good brand..

I’m really glad that I bought the Costco kids next convertible car seat. It’s not as big as some of them that I’ve seen and it’s OK in my backseat. I love the color and my granddaughter seems to like it when she’s driving with us. It’s easy to secure in the car and is very stable in case of an unforeseen accident.

Easy to install in my car. Perfect grey to match my grey interior as well. Toddler fit perfectly into seat. Adjusted straps to fit my 2 year old 26 pound granddaughter. I only wish it had a better head cushion but other than that, I love it! It’s not used every day but for rare occasions when I need to pick up granddaughter from daycare.
Hahaha! I babysit a Shitzu puppy and she loves sitting in it for her ride too. I just use a different seat belt for her.
