Overall Review: Wanted a WFH monitor that would connect directly to my MacBook Pro without an adapter and could charge it, limiting the total cordage on my desk. I also wanted it to be not too big in case I have to move and decent color so that when I’m either browsing products, watching videos, or making graphics from time to time, I don’t have to adjust anything.
Got exactly what I wanted.

Built-in speakers work over DP Cons: Took a while to figure out I needed to turn off that auto input to get both monitors working in a displayport daisychain. Overall Review: Apparently my review is too short so I need to put some words here. I would buy these again.

Pros: It seems to be a very good monitor. The color and clarity are excellent. I am using the Display Port connection. Windows recognized it and it is working perfectly without any tweaking. I will be using it mostly for desktop applications and watching movies occasionally. It is excellent for these purposes, even though it is not 4K or HDR. This is basically an excellent monitor for users who want excellent image quality, such as photo editing, which some of what I will be doing with it. Cons: It seems like it was an open box item sold as new. The contents of the box were poorly wrapped and it seems like there were items missing. There was no manual or setup instructions or disk in the box. The wrapper over the monitor was loose and wasn’t covering the monitor completely. It supposedly has a USB hub, but there’s nothing that describes how to connect it. Overall Review: I would recommend the PA247CV monitor.

Pros: Great picture quality

USB Hub, plugged in a Apple Keyboard-mouse, USB to Ethernet converter
Perfect plug in and go. Cons: Kind of wish there was an option when power button pressed that it only turns off the monitor and not the power to the MacBook Pro and all the USB.
You can put the MacBook Pro in sleep mode but closing the lid will just push everything to the monitor. Overall Review: This is a great product and the one and done USB-C is a big plus.

Pros: – Colors look good to my untrained eye
– Feature set is pretty nice with available inputs
– Power switch on the back is welcome
– Front facing buttons are appreciated
– Stand height is great, and height adjustment supports enough range for me Cons: – It’s a bit quick to decide that it doesn’t have an input on a channel
– User defined actions on button presses don’t support switching to a specific input
– Stand takes up a fair bit of room, but this is minor for me
– It’s pretty heavy Overall Review: I plan on buying a second one to replace my other 10 year old monitor. Got this one when my ancient LCDs started dying on me. This is definitely a significant upgrade for me. Overall I like the monitor, it does a great job for some amateur photo editing and gaming. I wouldn’t recommend it for the competitive gamer but for a more casual player who also needs to do some color accurate work this is a pretty good compromise.
