Used or counterfeit, not AirPods Pro 2.
Arrived in box closed with scotch tape and not original Apple seal. I have one set of AirPods Pro 2 already. The sound is off and these so-called “AirPods Pro 2” lack the full menu of options including Adaptive Noise Control and Conversation Awareness. Those without prior use of AirPods Pro 2 may not realized the difference in quality and the fact they are being ripped off. I ordered these same day delivery from store. This is blatantly fraudulent on Wal-Mart’s part. Given the other similar reviews I hope Wal-Mart put’s a stop to this and issues refunds to all purchaser’s or that a class action attorney become’s aware.

I am not rating the actual product, but Walmart itself. I ordered these online from the store and when I received them, the Apple AirPods box was empty. Whoever grabbed the product and shipped it from Walmart opened them, stole them and then mailed them to me. Since then, I have talked to someone in store and three people over the phone, all acting like I would be reimbursed in 48 hours (but to wait 10 days to be safe). In the end, Walmart denied my return and will not reimburse me because the tracking shows it as “successfully delivered”. They called the item a “high ticket item”, searched my ordering records online, found me “not guilty” and still refused to reimburse me or send a replacement. I ultimately had to call my bank and open up a dispute to try and get my money back.
In conclusion, always call your bank first and don’t waste your time with Walmart and don’t order expensive stuff through them.

okay so i’ve been needing new airpods and i was a little bit worried bc most of the reviews i saw were like saying they sucked, uhmm they are perfect. mine came with the original box and were sealed, they were clean and worked perfectly. Ive had them for like six months now, no issues whatsoever. five stars allllll the way

This product was first missing and no where to be located, so I was issued a refund. Then I was notified weeks later that the product was delivered. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. I called the first time and was told by customer service to not worry, I would not be charged and she noted in my file. Then I was charged so I called again and I was told to not worry they would reverse it. Now I was contacted saying that Walmart believes the delivery service (even though there was no photo evidence and it states it was delivered to my apartment at 11:30pm). I am now out over $200 with no AirPods.
I have never written a review online before, but felt it was important to warn people about purchasing online and the customer service process. It is extremely disappointing.

My order was never arrived or given to the wrong person, and when I reached out to Walmart they refused to give me a refund or replacement for this item! $200 for headphones is not cheap and I’m ashamed that I’m having to go through my bank to receive a proper refund.

Noise canceling doesn’t work. Apple informed us they had been modified that was beyond their warranty. Which is not the case unless they were modified before our purchase. Frustrating and will never purchase another apple product. I was expecting much more from their customer service department.

I did not receive this order. I purchased the order for delivery and it was sent back to the store because the driver was incompetent in delivering the order. I still have not received my refund from Walmart and it has now been 3 weeks. I filed a dispute with Paypal for my refund and Walmart is trying to fight that dispute.

My case was investigated and found that the package was was delivered in which I still never received. I ended up going to target to purchase the AirPod pro 2. Meanwhile, affirm is still making me pay saying I received the AirPods Pro 1 through Walmart. There was no air pod pro 2 in the store. I feel like this investigation was not thorough enough and I’m honest about everything that happened.

Once you learn to use them and find the right fit, they are life changing. I can hear friends talking in a noisy restaurant using adaptive mode. I can protect my hearing from the loud noise of my tractor and still listen to my favorite podcast while doing i, or I can walk in the wind and still enjoy music.

They are perfect easy to set up and I hear so much better! Which was the main reason I bought them! The price was one of the motivating factors the price was one of the motivating factors too!
