Compact and portable flip phone – simply to use without a lot of bells and whistles for a child, senior or non technical person in your life. You can disassemble the phone without tools to gain access to the battery compartment and the 2 SIM slots and the micro SD card slot. These use a slide clamp that takes a bit of practice to use – having nails helps since you need to slide the clamp to one side, which then allows it to flip open and you place the SIM card or SD card face down on the contacts. The recess is cut out to hold the cards in only the correct configuration.
I was pleased to report that the battery is easily accessible and user replaceable unlike most phones these days.
It still provides water, dust resistance when closed properly.
The display is bright and the fonts large enough for easy readability.
You can program the SOS number for emergencies – 911 or 999 depending on your location.
Be sure to activate your SIM in another working phone before using it in this one.
Having 2 SIM slots is a great feature for travelers who might cross a border or visit other countries often for work or play.
This flip phone is small and lightweight – dust, moisture and shock resistant. For the price, a good choice for someone needing a simple phone, or when traveling when you don’t want to bring your expensive cell phone.

My wife had to replace her flip phone because it was only able to work on 3G networks and Rogers is discontinuing its 3G service. Based on the reviews, we ordered this one. Now that we’ve had it long enough to figure out how it works, we can say it is a great phone. But the instructions are awful. First, the print is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it. Second, the key buttons are not clearly identified and are referred to with ambiguous terms (e.g. “left soft key”. Third, we could not find an online manual for this model, only the M8.

Cannot figure how to tex with this phone? No proper user manual,no instructions,nothing?
Maybe good to answer a call or make one,deeming it useless for me.After hours of trying,gave up,sending back for a refund unfortunately.Phone big and too thick and heavy,bought a Artfone 3G flip phone instead,alot better and cheaper by $36,tax included with a 2 year warranty.Happy now again.

Very basic phone but works well for seniors. It’s easy to use and despite being a flip phone, it’s durable and pretty rugged. The voice quality is quite good and importantly, it’s loud enough for elders with weaker hearing.

I’m not an expert on the capabilities of this AGM M10 flip phone, but it’s surpassed my hopes already. The Vine reviews are without exaggeration — all describe the many qualities of this phone. It’s exactly what I’ve been searching for, replacing my 3G Cat S22 flip for an equally rugged 4G flip. I’m delighted with the design, characteristics and capabilities of this AGM, in every respect.
