very easy to set up although the remote is not working at all. I hope the company will send a replacement for the remote. If the company will read this kindly send me a new remote as it wasn’t working when i purchase it.

I purchased a projector in May in August just a few months later it was having audio problems . As you know Amazon allows us one month for returns so it was past that date. I reached out to HOMPOW directly on Friday , emails back and forth clarifying that I did everything to clean and remove dust buildup. Which I had done . They then asked for my address to replace the broken one. Tuesday night received and installed and working like a charm. This projector is very clear and the sound is great with Bluetooth is a bonus . A year ago I purchased a cheaper one which I tried to use while mine was not working I couldn’t watch it the clarity was not there .

The projector continues to tilt down to the right and makes the picture hard to level. The legs are not adjustable so it is hard to level the machine so the picture is level on the screen. I always need to find books and boxes to level the machine. It is hard enough to find a perfect location to place the machine considering it needs to project from the center of the viewing screen. The focus is not too bad but does not leave enough variety to allow a clear focus. The picture quality is pretty good though for what it is. You just need to have a proper place to position the projector. I just wish I could get rid of this right leaning tilt, which seems like it is built in to the machine. Looking at the pictures the machine is sitting uneven, but it needs to sit like that to have a level picture. Positioning this machine is insanely annoying

Picture quality is awesome ! Even in a semi dark room.for the price this is a fantastic projector used inside or out.did not even use a screen inside and picture was just as clear if we used one.controls and remote are easy to use as well

I don’t often write reviews, but I felt it was important to share how impressed I’ve been not just with this HOMPOW projector, but with the incredible customer service I received.
To start with the product itself: the picture quality is clear and has good features for the price . I’ve started using it for home movie nights, and it’s been an enjoyable experience.
But beyond the product itself, what really stood out to me was the level of support I received. Shortly after getting the projector, I noticed an issue with the HDMI connection. I reached out to HOMPOW and was supported by Anna, who was honestly one of the kindest and most professional customer service reps I’ve dealt with.
She walked me through several steps patiently, and when the issue couldn’t be resolved, she quickly arranged for a replacement unit and even had it shipped out with expedited delivery. My new projector arrived within a few days and is working perfectly.
I appreciate how respectful the whole process felt. HOMPOW didn’t just respond they listened, and that to me made a huge difference.
If you’re thinking about buying a projector, I genuinely recommend them. The product is great, and the support team is even better. Thank you again, Anna and the HOMPOW team.

Great little projector, all things considered. Got it because there’s no space for a TV in my lounge room, but I wanted to upgrade from watching shows on my tablet. The included “screen” is a semi-sheer panel, but still does the job. Hooked the projector up to a Roku Express 4K+ and haven’t had any issues. Just make sure to use the HDMI cable that comes with the projector. As stated several times, Dolby sound won’t work. Fortunately, Roku settings can be easily changed to use non-Dolby. The image is fantastic at night. You’ll want to upgrade to blackout curtains for daytime use though, and a soundbar is 1000% worth adding on. Never had a projector before, but this one doesn’t seem particularly loud (kind of sounds like when the fan is on in a laptop, but it’s not distracting).

Picture and sound are clear. However, we can’t use Netflix, prime video, Disney + so far. We can screen mirror movies from safari but no apps. Tubi works OFCOURSE.

This projector was the best family Christmas gift ever!!! We have always loved going to the movies, but since Covid has closed theaters down near us, we decided to take fate into our own hands! This projector has taken our movie nights to a whole new level, and it has been wonderful to have a mini theater in our home where we can make it a more comfortable experience for a much lower cost!
The projector works great- the brightness is perfect and the color is spot on. It also focuses very well! Overall it exceeds my expectations, especially for an unplanned Black Friday purchase to give us that big “wow” gift for the kids. The screen is a tiny bit thin, but it was free, and it honestly, it does the job! It works very very nicely on a wall or solid surface as well. I think we may buy another cheap thin screen to double up for even better operation. The sound on the projector works great, and it’s amazing that we can connect our computer speakers to get an even louder boom. I also love that you can connect a Roku stick, and there’s a port that I can plug my Roku into to charge so I don’t have to run power to it.
Overall, this projector has easily been one of my best Amazon purchases of all time… and I have purchased an embarrassingly huge number of things from Amazon. Haha

So I am going to be completely honest with this review. It may not work for everybody. Especially if you have to use the keystone to get a square image! But it’s got some great things going for it! If you are able to position the projector in a spot where keystone adjument is not needed it would work awesome! This projector is actually 1080p unlike most being 480p or some being 720p. And it is bright! We’ve been blown away by the brightness of it! Obviously it’s far superior in the dark but it is actually usable with a light on unlike most of these small cheaper Projectors. I was initially sent out a defective projector with dead some pixels, I had reached out to hompow support and they quickly offered to send a replacement! It was delivered to me within 2 days of contacting support. The second unit they had sent I’m not sure if during transit the box was carelessly handled but something with the focusing mechanism was off. I reached out once again and 2 days later they had sent out another! Customer service was super easy to deal with and made things right.
Also the fan doesn’t seem like it is annoying or causing a distraction.

Original review: Just set up today, first impressions are it’s pretty good. A huge upgrade from what we had come from initially. It is impressively bright (especially compared to what we had before) and it is pretty clear as well. My only gripes is that it seems like the keystone only goes one way which wasn’t necessarily ideal for our set up (we project aiming slightly down from a shelf above the seating area on the wall) there was some rigging involved to simulate “roof mount” by flipping and propping the projector upside down. The second issue that I have is that there seems to be a group of dead or bad pixels in the middle of the screen (I believe this is just on my unit, I couldn’t see it in any of the other reviews. which is why I will update my review after the response from customer service) if it wasn’t for the dead pixels I’d definitely be rating this projector higher, the keystone is just more a mood point for me that I’d be able to get over quick.
Overall if there was no dead spot on the image I’d be rating this pretty solid and saying PICK THIS UP FOR THE PRICE!

I ended up cracking my 65in TV so I decided to get a projector. I’d say for the price, it’s definitely worth it! If you’re trying to doing a movie night or something similar outdoors, I’d recommend using a Bluetooth speaker as the volume is on the low side but using it indoors, I’d say it’s not bad. I usually keep the volume halfway and it’s pretty loud in my room. I haven’t tried the mirror cast as I use my playstation or laptop to play games and stream movies/shows. When I turn it on, it displays 1080p and I haven’t messed with the settings much but the quality is top notch in my opinion! I was able to place it in a way that it covers most of my bedroom wall and it’s crystal clear which I absolutely love. Makes me feel like I’m at the movie theater! Safe to say I’m definitely not getting my TV fixed or a new one lol. A bang for your buck!
