As parents of tweenagers, we needed a phone that was great for communicating, but without the temptation to access social media. This little phone is it! It even has a simple camera, too.
In full disclosure, our first order was good for three days and then it no longer will hold a charge. However, we contacted the seller and they were so easy to work with- they sent us another phone right away. With this new replacement, we’re impressed!

The phone is only 3G, not 4G.
The battery does not last a day, if you make even a few calls.
There are no real instructions and no manual available online. You have to figure out how to do anything but the most basic functions, such as change the type of keyboard for texting, on your own.
It is light, small and cheap is the only positive thing that I can say about it.

this phone does not work with UK sims, I have wasted a lot of time and money on this product and I am still waiting to receive the cost of returning the product at the Post Office of £24.35. I shall be in touch with your service department shortly. I was not at all happy with the hole event.

This is not a 4G phone that supports VoLTE. When I tried to use this phone with Fido in Canada it would only connect via 3G. I have returned the phone.
The phone itself feels light in my hand, and possibly a little flimsy, but seemed okay, and the UI was simple and old school, but fine for the price point.

My mother loves the phone except there is no time display. The buttons are large and very easy to use. Ordered same phone with the front time display and now she is really happy.

It’s OK. Except for the texting. If someone text messages you an image file. Just forget it. It cannot be opened. You just get the text. No image will be seen. Like I said an average phone at best. If you like texting photos. Look elsewhere.

Affordable simple phone for seniors. I have purchased it a few times, its simple to answer, hang up, and has the option to add numbers for speed dialing. However, not very durable so we have had to replace due to a drop.

Bought this phone for my 93 Year Old Mother in law. Made sure I did not add my phone number into speed dial. She calls my wife and other relatives daily. The ease of use, battery life are better than expected. Simple and functional for all ages. Looks good and is comfortable in the hand. Comes with a charger stand too. Looks good!
