Beware you do not with the settings cause if you don’t set a pin number the phone locks you out and I still haven’t found out how to get it up and running. There is no website to go and get help. The phone will not start up now!!!!!!!

I got no user manual with details just a “start to use” sheet. For example there is nothing about the SD card and no website to download video and detailed PDF manual/s. The instructions are not what I’d expect for senior who needs a large key flip phone. However, given my experience with another flip phone and my Samsung, I got the phone going OK and can get #s in and tell my wife how to use them. If you are getting the phone and have no experience be sure someone is available to help you, unless videos and other material are available. I did not find useful information and have asked the company with no reply, unless it is in Spam.

If you want to take back some of your privacy from Android and Apple minute by minute looking over shoulder, BUY this PHONE or something similar.
I see there’s been a few who have complained about the battery life, I DID NOT find that, but then i was smart enough to shut OFF most of the needless features and use it simply as it was intended, just a free from corporate surveillance portable phone. The other solution, buy another cheap replacement battery and carry it as a spare

The phone works fine once you manage to figure out how to program it. It is doing everything twins stated to do. The photos are quite hazy and fuzzy not as clear as as the new ones today.

Great little phone. Better looking than my previous one from Bell. It does just what I want it to, get phone calls. I don’t want internet or facebook, I get enough of that when I’m home on my computer. It’s small, light and doesn’t take up much room in my pocket.

I bought that phone specifically because it was stated that it worked with at&t. Took it to the local at&t store to get set up. It does not work with at&t!
