ilI foster cats/kittens and dogs/puppies at my home. I do this for my County Animal Shelter.
When I received my first assignment of Cat with six 4 day old babies I was giving a folder with reconciliation and guidelines. In 8t was the suggestion to start the animals on ONLY Purina Foods. I used another brand at for my two year old cat and he was happy and healthy so I was going to do the same for this mom and babies. I’ll just say by the time the kittens were 4 weeks old I had taken them to the Vet twice. My concern that their stools were like water I feared dehydration. When they wer about 6 weeks they ate dry food with mom alot more and were healty , active kittens but still runny stools. I got the kitten food natural chicken food and within a week I didn’t have to clean the litter box 5 times a day .The asked how i got rid of the bowel problems, I said by using what was recommended in the beginning. Purina line of Dog/puppy and Cat/kitten food for healthy brain and digestive development! Now my second year I have Nothing but Purina for All the animals I care for . I raised 36 felines and 15 canine’s that are now ntheir forever homes .When I fill out the diet section I let the adopters know the reason they have this beautiful and Smart animal as a family member is because of all the people who work so hard to generate the best for them . I give them a starter kit of the exact food and as far as I know continue the Purina tadiation I started for their pets at home. I’m a success at being a foster mom to the animals in trusted to me because I trust Purina will continue to keep doing the research needed to produce the highest quality foods for all animals!

All my cats really like this. Both my inside cats and the feral ones I feed outside. They turn their nose up at cheaper and more expensive brands. They will eat this consistently.

I have multiple cats they love this food! They even prefer it over can food.. Just make sure they have plenty of water to drink..I have multile bowels out for them. They will need it. For the money, this is the best dry food for them.. Read the ingredients and compare…

We have multiple cats that like this original recipe, and our vet calls it “kibble” and says it’s okay for them. All are domestic short-hairs except one, who is a brachy short-face long hair. We have tried the newer Cat Chows and always come back to this one. My own cat, a med-hair domestic, eats it as her primary food and gets one or two wet supplements per week. She’s eight years old now and the vet says her teeth look great.

This and the indoor version (normally sold out) are my go-to for my indoor cats. Sometimes you will get a bag with large clumps of very hard feed, but for the most part it’s been pretty consistent and my cats seem to enjoy it. Well…they eat it. So yeah.

I have no problem with the product at all. I have been feeding it to my cats for years. My probem was the delivery. Whoever delivered it (it says USPS), sat the box with two 13 pound bags of cat food directly in front of the front door and in a puddle of rainwater. This not only made it extremely difficult to get out my front door, but also the water seeped through and wet the packaging of the cat food. No matter who delivered it, I blame Walmart because it was delivered on their behalf.

My cat is about 15 years old now. He loves this cat food, and has been on it for quite some time. He is neither over or under weight! I keep the large bag sealed so it remains fresh. I only put enough into his bowl that I know he will eat in one day. I do this because Sooty, my cat, loves it “fresh” out of the bag, and DEFINITELY lets me know when the bowl needs to be filled!!!

We have fifteen sphynx, some with delicate stomachs. Naturals is a great food to minimize vomiting and issues related to artificial food dyes. Our crew is very satisted when consuming their Naturals Chow, twice daily with free feed in between servings. I feel better knowing the problematic dyes are not present in this food. Color always makes it seem more interesting, more inviting to us as humans – but the cats could care less! We highly recommend Naturals!

better then other purina brand catfoods and friskies but still not as good as the higher quality foods for cats that are on the market. i bought it because it didn’t irritate my older cats syomach and he didnt throw it back up after eating it.

We have 11 cats, at one point we had 15. This is one of the best foods we’ve given them for less stomach upset, no artificial dyes, better ingredients. Overall, there’s less waste because they eat it better and we’re not throwing so much away.
