Great camera for a great price. Very easy set up for a computer challenged senior crazy cat lady that travels. Just set it up and I’m away for a week next month and look forward to putting this to its test. Will update upon my return.

The media could not be loaded.
It can be mounted discreetly to the ceiling of placed prominently as an obvious deterrent to break ins. I like that I can use the app to look in on things when I’m not at the store and I can see things quite clearly even if all the lights are off.
It comes with two stickers warning people that they’re under surveillance which are worth money all by themselves.
It has a good radius and it seems to be able to actually move the camera with the app. I’m not sure if this is just really good radius and design, but I’m pretty sure that it physically moves up and down.
Huge issues with traditional security cameras that this camera handles are: using the cloud to store data. This means that if someone steals or breaks the camera, all the footage has already been uploaded so the thief just stole a camera that they can’t use but if they ever take it out, I can look through it and find out more information about the criminal
This also means it can hold a lot of data. No looping tapes/cards to worry about
Two-way talking, this is cool and useful for a lot of things. For my situation with a small business, it means I can keep an eye on things without being in the store. It’s good for everyone because anyone who has questions can check in with me or the other app holders including the tech guy. It’s very useful. In a crisis situation, I think that letting someone know that they have been seen, the police are on the way and you are documenting their crimes as they occur shows that the crime is out of their control and would be helpful in driving someone away before they do more damage.
The wide view, intruder alert setting and infrared night setting all make it very versatile
It looks very modern and sleek. I love the design!
Cons: it needs internet to run off of and upload to the cloud. If there’s a power outage this could be a downside. Backup internet like a phone for a hotspot is a cheap and easy solution and a power bank can work as an emergency‘generator’ if needed.
It’s also important to remember that this is an inside camera. It isn’t protected from water or extremes in temperatures but there are some variations that are rated for outside.
Needing power and internet are kind of obvious, some cameras do charge and I think this one has a battery, but I’ve always left it plugged in because I don’t want to mess with the setup.
I am extremely impressed with the value for my money, it’s a good camera for the price. It would be a lot more to get a whole security system and it is a lot like a security system.
Depending on your situation, it is good to realize that this is a one room at most solution and you might want to think about how many you may need for the entire house and look at the outdoor version for outside too!
The picture clarity is great 👍🏻 light or dark and there’s a lot of exploration to find all the things it’s capable of. I’m still learning, it’s easy to learn but very cool technology 😎

Used it for 2 weeks now without big issue, this is the third camera I bought after 2 Wansview cams.
The overall performance is similar like Wansview, clear image, good night vision, remote pan tilt function and motion detection with 30-60 seconds clips captured, longer than Wansview. The app design is really good, much better than Wansview. Also it comes with sound detection function, which Wansview doesn’t support. The Alexa function works for me, but the setup took me some time, also similar like Wansview cam, the streaming has 2-3 seconds delay in Echoshow, I guess this is related to my network speed, as it happens to all my cams.
It has an extra feature compared to my old cam, when I turn it off, the camera lens will hide itself into the body, for total privacy mode. Also I can set a geofencing privacy mode, which means when my cellphone connects to same wifi with the camera, the camera will automatically go into privay mode.
The only thing I didn’t like is, it doesn’t support 5G WiFi, I have a friend who are seeking for a 5G wifi cam, if this works, I can suggest this one to him, but anyway, it works fine for my router.
I’m gonna buy their outdoor cam for my garden, hope the outdoor cam is as good as indoor cam.

Works great and easy to setup and works great. I like how I can pay monthly or yearly as I won’t use it every month. Camera can rotate 360 and save to cloud or sd card on device. Compliment this with a portable router so it just needs to connect to it when traveling.

In these trying times, we all want peace of mind.
I purchased these cameras to have eyes on my property while being away and to get alerts if there was movement. The setup is ultra easy, the image quality is superb, all functions seem to work as advertised.
Upon unboxing, without mounting any of the cameras, I had them all set up and plugged within 5 minutes.
Pairing them was also quick, one small irk here was that you need to enter your wi-fi information for each camera. Aside from that, downloading the app and getting setup on my phone was very easy.
Features and Services:
The app is very user friendly
Control of the camera as well as using the functions for intercom, snapshot and record are all neatly available from the interface.
Motion tracking can be sensitive, it is not ideal to have it on medium or high if you have moving parts in your shot such as curtains or even trees outside your window.
Alerts:
The alerts are very useful, the camera will take a snapshot on motion (again, placement and sensitivity setting is important if you don’t want many false alarms)
The cameras will not record any playback if you do not install a micro SD card or subscribe to their cloud service.
Now, this is where most of the negative reviews seem to stem.. and I’m here to give you an honest feedback:
5$ a month is very reasonable. This is for event playback only (1 to 3 minute recordings upon motion detection)
This will allow playback on the spot.
25$ a month for continuous storage – this gives you 24/7 coverage and playback.
3$ for their enhanced AI detection – this allows you to increase motion detection sensitivities for people, animals, cars, etc.
There is a promo that gives you the enhanced AI detection and event playback for 7$ a month..
In simpler terms, for under 30$ a month, you can have your cameras monitoring all day, all night while having better settings to avoid alerts for specific things such as cars and animals.
I have yet to try doing a remote playback with the microSD card installed but I’ve read that it’s not possible without the subscription – and this would make sense if the external memory option is only usable by removing it and doing the playback on your phone or computer.
This means that the external memory will record playback but you will only be able to view it by physically going home to remove the memory cards.
The motion detection recording come in 1, 2 and 3 minute settings – you can do continuous recording by manually clicking the “filming camera” icon – this is not recommended as it will take up a lot of memory if your video is on high quality.
One small thing that makes me uncomfortable is that the app requires full access to your photo library to enable video and screencap saving.. it wouldn’t work if I selected limited.
Lastly, another factor of the negative reviews seem to be durability – I will be back to update on this in 30 days.
So far… A+ for value and quality. I would recommend to anyone looking for indoor security camera solutions.

Playback and services:
microSD Storage playback is available at all times. I personally set my cameras to SD quality to maximize storage space – you can flip between QHD and SD at anytime with 1 click. I can also view my SD storage on my phone without physically removing the microSD card. Event settings can be set to 1,2 or 3 minutes of recording upon detection and also allow a time setting to wait either 30 seconds, 1, 2 or 3 minutes before triggering another event/recording.
Continuous recording does not seem to be available with microSD storage (it well set but not record, even when there’s a motion detection)
Cloud services are PER camera and not for your entire setup.. that’s a bit of a bummer.
There is a free cloud event playback but you only get 6 seconds per event.
I have not been able to connect to any cameras on their web service(login works however) so I can only access my camera feeds via my cellphone when I have wi-fi or data.
Final update will come on overall durability and connection stability after 30 days from original purchase.

I’ve been using this camera for 2 months now and I have nothing but praise for it. I originally got it since I was taking a 10 day trip to Hawaii and wanted to keep an eye on my house as there has been a recent uptick in breakins in my area. I placed the camera in my the corner of my living room and the wide angel is able to capture the entire room without using the pan and tilt.
I use other cameras in my work place that include wyze, arlo, and eufy. Similar to the other cameras I use, the Laxihib accepts a memory card for you to store video footage. This was the most important feature for me as I did not want to pay monthly service fees.
Here’s a pros and cons list for the camera.
Pros
1. The video quality is sharp. Its only a 1080p camera but the video play back seems to be better than my wyze which is also 1080p.
2. Night vision is suprisingly good. Its not as good as the arlo I have, but it edges out the eufy and wyze camera. The reach of the nightvision just seems to go further andy entire living room can be seen woth the lights off.
3. The app is quick to respond to searches for video footage. I can finly quickly go through the recorded videos to find out which of my kids are starting the fights. Great bonus for parents!
4. The pan and tilt is very quiet. I only have an old amcrest camera to compare this too, but that camera was quite noticable when panning and tilting.
Cons
1. The price is just on par with other cameras.
2. The app could include a few more features. I would like to ise this at my work place and set program a time for alarm usage. Im able to do this with the wyze but the laxihub does not hve the feature.
3. I wish there was a 2k or 4k version. Several other companies are coming out with higher res cameras. I hope laxihub comes out with one as well.
Overall Im very happy with this camera as it works flawlessly and provides a great image quality. I’ve already recommended it to several friends who were looking for something inexpensive to keep an eye on there pets and kids. 2 thumbs up!

Camera seems to work and has a very nice picture. However, no matter how good the camera is, the product is useless if the app on our very unstable. App consistently and continuously tells me I need to log back in. This happens on two different iphones. And happens on WiFi and cellular. WiFi signal is strong, issue happens even when I am next to the router. Tried to contact the company for support via both online chat (no response at all) and an email (again, no response). I am returning the camera – too bad as the camera has a good picture, but cannot use when the app is completely unreliable.

Being too cheap always means bad quality. However, after 3 weeks of use, the camera surprisedly exceeds my expectations. I bought this camera for keeping an eye on my dog in the house when I was out. I have Arlo outdoor home security systems and a $$$ baby monitor, but turned out this camera also has all the fancy functions as those high-end products. In addition to the camera, I was also deeply impressed by the Arenti app, it’s so user-friendly and you can see every corner of your home by simply swiping the live widow to move the fov through the App. Best value for the money, you will never go wrong with this set! Highly recommended!!

I love this camera, it was super easy to set up so I was really happy with that !! The video is clear, Audio is clear and you can spin the view for the image a wide range to cover all of the room. The only things I didn’t like was only one phone can be hooked up into the camera app, so only one person can log in and view the video and access the video. The second thing was you can’t insert a memory card into the camera itself to download the footage off of it, you have to do it on a computer.

This is a great product for the money. My only complaint is that I do have it in my window watching outside. The glare from the light on the camera hits the window so I cannot see at night. I know it’s meant for indoors but that would be my only complaint. I have not had any issues with the app, like other reviews have stated.

Love this. Can take pictures or video and talk to your due baby or baby. It has black and white for night mode and color for day. It is usb only. Wish it came with wall plug but I can get another one of those. Must be plugged in at all times to work .
