Product is fine. It’s what expected. The delivery was what I had a problem with. Luckily, the contents were packed in plastic or I would have had to return it. How do you return a box that completely fell apart because it was soaked. BTW the weather predicted rain that day.

I ordered online and the fan came as expected, however the oversized box was very difficult for me to get into the house. Why use two boxes and tons of packing material? I was very disappointed to find no assembly or operation instructions in the box, fortunately I am tech literate and found them online.(not all seniors use the internet). The fan itself works for its intended purpose, although it is cheaply made. I would have preferred some metal and screws. Time will tell if it will last without failing. I am glad I bought it on sale, if Id paid full price we would have been back to the store for a return.

This is a nice fan and I like the way the buttons are. It’s not fancy and that was exactly what I wanted. The only thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t any instructions on how to assemble it. There was only one piece of paper in the box and it was the safety instructions. It had one of those square code things that you were supposed to use to see or get the instructions but not everyone has a cell phone or internet service and I would much rather have printed instructions.

i ordered a oscillating fan with remote , i did not did not receive the one i ordered. I received a Lasco fan that does not move in any direction or has a remote. very disappointed. it is out of my way to return at this time.

I like the pedestal fan but it wasn’t easy putting it together. There was no manual, so after scanning the square bar code thingy, the manual was in Spanish. I was more than halfway through putting it together before I finally found the manual in English. I wish they would just put the manual in the box. English on one side and Spanish on the other.

This fan is very inexpensive. For what we paid it is good so far. Basic no frills. No remote or up/down adjustment. It does have base stem height adjustment but it is no more than approx 4 ft from floor to top of fan.
HOWEVER the high setting is sufficient for my bedbound hubby. It does have side to side option that we do not use.
Assembly was very easy.

Oh, this baby is just what we needed. I’m a lady of a certain age and have a personal heat element that is working overtime. Hot in a flash, then another flash, then another.
This fan runs quietly (not silent) and with enthusiasm. The adjustable height lifts it above the bed or sofa, without having to sacrifice precious table space. The rotation arc is generous, so the whole room seems to get the breeze. The large size of the fan blades moves air very well, and the difference in speeds is very noticeable.

it doesn’t have the parts it is supposed to have. everyone keeps ignoring me regarding the wrong parts. y i said it isn’t bad is because I’m using 2 band-aids so I can actually use it. ty for listening. maybe you can help get the right parts. lol

The fan is exactly what you expect. Seems to have a fairly solid construction and should last.
Enclosed in the box with all the separate pieces that need to be assembled is a full-size sheet of paper that one would expect to be assembly instructions. It is not. They include a full-size sheet of paper with a QR code to be scanned so you can download the instructions that could have been printed on that same sheet of paper. Assembly instructions are not necessary. I skipped the download.
