Terms of Credit Card Use – BureauBay.com

By using a credit card to complete a transaction on BureauBay.com, you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms of Credit Card Use are part of and incorporated into our broader [Terms of Service].
- Authorized Use Only
You must be the authorized holder of the credit card used or have express permission from the cardholder to make purchases on BureauBay.com. Unauthorized use may constitute fraud and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

We currently accept the following credit card types:

- Discover
All payments are securely processed through our trusted payment gateway provider using SSL encryption and industry-standard protections.
- Billing & Charges
Charges will appear on your statement as: “BUREAUBAY.COM”
In the event of a billing discrepancy, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your statement at billing@bureaubay.com.
- Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to:
- Decline any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
- Request additional identification to verify the legitimacy of a purchase
- Cancel transactions or accounts associated with repeated suspicious activity
- Refunds to Credit Cards
If your return request is approved under our [Return & Refund Policy], the credited amount will be returned to the original credit card used. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to post, depending on your financial institution.
- Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, it may delay resolution. We encourage all customers to reach out to our billing department before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or false chargebacks will be contested and may result in account suspension.
- Secure Transactions
Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment providers to ensure the highest level of security.
