- Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders over $49 (before taxes and after discounts). Orders below this threshold may incur a flat-rate shipping fee.
- Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently ship only within the continental United States.

- Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We use trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, item size, and availability.
- Delivery Issues
If your package is lost or delayed:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please notify us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date.
- Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned. Re-shipping fees may apply.
- P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS only. Delivery times may be extended.
