I bought this thinking it would be easy for my elderly mother, but she didn’t like it, so we went back to her original smart phone which she hates. I wish someone would create a simpler phone for seniors. I have yet to find one.

I bought this phone for my mom who is not really savy but this phone is user friendly for seniors not tech savy. It needs to be set up by a person who is savy but it works really well after. There are 3 ways to place a call either by dialing, or with the pictures and again I recommend a more savy person to set it up with the pictures and the speed dial. Volume is excellent on phone or speaker phone and she comes out really clear on my own cell. The best part is the EGPS which I tried first and it really works well but the phone needs to be on and outside not off or inside because it return a message that it can’t give you a location. Besides which GPS works inside. For the complainers the EGPS works in Canada and the phone also works on Public Mobile in Canada. Do your homework people for the seniors who are terrified of getting lost like my mom this phone is excellent just for that feature
I had to edit it because this phone is garbage. It worked at the beginning but now after I talk to my mom for 15minutes it disconnect automatically. I blamed mine changed phone, sim card you name it only to find out that the problem wasn’t mine but her phone. I was over this weekend and the piece of junk rebooted in my hand for no reason. This is annoying beyond annoying now what do I do with this piece of junk it’s from India, forget about cutomer service I’ll see if I can do something with Amazon otherwise I will have to find her another senior phone North American of better quality and customer service. I don’t recommand this product

first impression…. this is going to be great improvement over my 3G Motorola flip phone.
I need a SIM card and will follow-up with more comments after I get it hooked up on my provider’s 4 g network
update: seems to have no “basic” ring tone selections….. built-in sent a mail to EASYPHONE….no comment received

buttons work great hopefully I will find a new battery for the phone when the current battery dies.
update April 28 …. so far 100% satisfied . programming CF busy CF no answer CF OFF_NET was tricky yet simple after you know how… . First you get rid of the Net provided voicemail then simply program as follow on the key pad….. *004*10 D number # and your incoming calls will be rerouted to your destination of choice when not picked up by you..

Contacted seller about my inability to transmit pictures taken on the phone. Kiki at cust. service replied quickly with clear instructions using te MMS messaging facility and that solved my problem. Great cust. service !! thank you

It has been one year of use and very satisfied. Phone works great and I love the charging station where the phone ends up when we are back in the house. . I dont bother with the AC plug charger as I simply connect it to a 10,000ma power pack next to the base station and it takes care of things. When the power back has done it’s job becomes weak I simply recharge it back up to 100% . I even recently found a feature to black list incoming numbers to stop annoying repeat calls from marketeers ans scammers . 🙂

This phone is much easier for my parents to use than the one they got from T-mobile. We are VERY happy with the ease of use this phone provides, and it was much easier to add contacts and even photos so they can see who they’re calling easier. It is loud enough for them to hear it, and they can’t accidentally turn the volume down with the side buttons since the phone has to be open to use them. Likewise, there’s also a side button for a flashlight. They don’t use text or Internet, but the text feature is also pretty easy to use. It even comes with an optional lanyard that is helpful as they’re always misplacing their phone. I would highly recommend this product for anyone needing an easy-to-use basic phone. I don’t write reviews often unless I am exceptionally happy or exceptionally disappointed, so this one is worth the time. I received the phone quickly with a follow up from the seller to make sure everything was satisfactory. Five stars, two thumbs up 🙂

So far so good. It took Metro PCS by T-Mobile 15 minutes to set the phone up. My grandmother loves how big the letters are on the screen & says it’s easy to read. We love how we can add contact photos and a picture pops up to see who’s calling, while the phone is both closed and opened. The number pad is bulky and big for big and trembly fingers. My only wish is that it came with a phone case. It seems very light and not heavy and I’m concerned one drop it’ll ruin the phone. However, overall usage of the phone is fairly easy and the menu has largo photos and text which is exactly what she needs.

Great senior phone, and for ‘different’ folk who never felt desire to ‘invest’ so much time communicating mostly trivial info. Instead, I have been pre-occupied following significant world problems utilizing a super computer to interface with world media. The result, is that I only use my ‘dumb phone’ for regular phone calls. ‘Yes’, this newer dumb phone is GREATLY improved over my dumb phone; and I highly recommend it. Oh, and BTW, I have heard reports of growing trends among ‘smart phone’ owners to want to ‘get their former life back’, by returning to similar ‘dumb phones’.

Phone will stop taking and receiving calls until you power cycle it. Support team has you try different things until the return window expires then no longer respond. If you have problems just return the phone.

Updating my review to 4 stars. Support team was willing to replace the phone outside the return window. I declined as I already purchased an iPhone SE for my dad which is working perfectly. I removed all the home screen items and just setup shortcuts on the home-screen to call me and my siblings.

I do not like to write negative reviews, however, I need to be honest and can hopefully prevent others from wasting their hard earned money! I purchased this phone for a senior (parent) about 4 months ago. It would be perfect as I was searching for a simple cell phone with speed dial capability. This seemed perfect, however, With very seldom use, the keypad numbers 1-3, along with a few other keys stopped working. This is poor quality! The seller has responded to my message and seems willing to offer a reasonable solution.
