Sadly the sound went out on it after less than two days. absolute crap. I have 6 of their tv’s and unfortunately Samsung products continue to get worse rather than better. I am returning this to the store. I’d give it negative stars if possible.

One area of improvement: I got a shipping notice and tracking on 12/3 but it never moved until 12/5. At one point Fedex changed ETA from 12/6 to 12/7 as a result then they refused to update further. When it delivered they didn’t put it on the covered porch but in front of a garage door. If we had backed out of the door, not realizing it was there we would have run over it. I deal with this sort of thing from Fedex daily in my work. There are better means of shipping.

Arrived broke. Tried to get a replacement, but three weeks later a replacement was not sent after they received the return via fedex. Two calls later I am still waiting for a refund or my money back. Just keep getting told a specialized team has to resolve this. About ready to call my credit card company and file a fraud claim.

A few times, first thing in the morning turning it on, the sound is very distorted and loud and does not respond to any setting intervention. When I turned it off and then turned it on again, it was back to normal. I would like to know why it does that. Is there something wrong with this TV?

I thought I was ordering directly from Walmart but I never received my package. The shipper claims they require a signature upon delivery but FedEx claimed no signature was required. After getting nowhere with FedEx, I filed a police report. I contacted Walmart 4 times and finally after 7 days of some thief enjoying a tv that I paid for, I was refunded. I’ll be purchasing electronics in store moving forward.

Giving it 4 stars because this tv does not have Bluetooth as stated. It’s no problem but I would’ve liked to have that as a connectivity options. Speakers sound good.

The response time when using the Remote is horrendous. I have this TV connected directly to my 1gB Router via an ethernet cable, with basically nothing else connected to the router, and I’m getting to the point of just turning this “Tv” into a simple monitor and purchase something else. Navigating / changing channels / or simply muting is Unbelievable – it’s like the Tv is in constant catch-up mode, just poor…

I have another Samsung TV and I can’t turn them both on at the same time because the remote is on the same frequency as the other one that’s a terrible design quality by Samsung when I use remote on one TV it operates the other one which I don’t want it to do

Cable and rca plugs connections are located in the very back which makes it unusable with back plate for wall mounts. I had to off set my back plate to have access to connections. Very poorly designed. And the Chinese still think speakers anywhere is okay. Doesn’t make sense to put them in back or on bottom. That’s crazy.

Everyone told me to buy a Samsung television. So, I did. The worst TV I ever bought. I cannot get the volume to synchronize. we tried everything in settings and it still doesn’t do it. It’s very annoying when you see someone talking and the voice comes later. This doesn’t happen on any other TV that I have in my home. So, I came to the conclusion that it was Samsung. Not very happy with this TV
