Return & Refund Policy for BureauBay.com

At BureauBay.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
- Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new and unused condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
Non-returnable items include:
- Downloadable software and digital products
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your BureauBay account
- Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return
- Click Request a Return and follow the instructions
You will receive a return authorization and shipping label if applicable. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item)
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bureaubay.com
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
